Strasbourg rallied past ASVEL to take 1-0 lead in the semifinal series. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Karsiyaka outrebounded Fenerbahce Ulker 39-26 including 26 on the defensive glass. 25 personal fouls committed by Fenerbahce Ulker helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
