Lokomotiv Kuban will not keep Maksim Sheleketo (204-F-87). The Krasnodar outfit decided to split ways with the forward. Maksim Sheleketo spent four seasons with Lokomotiv. Last season the forward notched 5.7 points and 3.2 rebounds per game in PBL. In VTB League Sheleketo averaged 3.8 points and 1.8 rebounds. He also delivered 3.0 points and 1.4 rebounds per game in EuroCup. Previously Maksim Sheleketo had stints with Lokomotiv Rostov na Donu, VEF Riga, CSKA VVS Samara, Kupol-Antey Izhevsk

Real Madrid claimed the Liga Endesa title. They overcame FCB Regal in the decisive fifth game of the championship series. Rudy Fernandez (198-SF-85) scored 15 points to lead the hosts. It is the first title since 2007 for Real.
It was a tough close battle in the first ten minutes. Though Real opened the game on a 10:0 run FCB Regal did not lose concentration. They narrowed the gap at just two-point mark at the first break 18:20

Montepaschi made it seven in a row! They overcame Acea Virtus Roma on the road tonight to win the SeriaA Finals 4-1. Bobby Brown (188-PG-84, college: CS Fullerton) was pivotal with 18 points in the victory.
Virtus Roma had their backs against the wall heading into this one. But Siena used all of their experience to control this one. The visitors held Roma to 13 points in the first ten minutes and posted a 2-point lead at the break
