Angers BC 49 announced Jean Veillet (198-PF-91) for the next season. The 22-year old power forward will come from ProB division.
Jean Veillet played last at ALM Evreux Basket in ProB. But in 8 games he recorded just 0.6ppg this season. The earlier season Veillet played also at ALM Evreux (ProB). He won U21 ships (Trophee du Futur) Semifinals 2010. Veillet has played previously for another French team Cholet.
Vincent Lavandier meanwhile will remain the head Coach of the team

Lokomotiv Kuban will not keep Maksim Sheleketo (204-F-87). The Krasnodar outfit decided to split ways with the forward. Maksim Sheleketo spent four seasons with Lokomotiv. Last season the forward notched 5.7 points and 3.2 rebounds per game in PBL. In VTB League Sheleketo averaged 3.8 points and 1.8 rebounds. He also delivered 3.0 points and 1.4 rebounds per game in EuroCup. Previously Maksim Sheleketo had stints with Lokomotiv Rostov na Donu, VEF Riga, CSKA VVS Samara, Kupol-Antey Izhevsk

The ULEB management sent an invitation for the Israeli champion, Maccabi Bazan Haifa, in order to participate at the 2013-14 Eurocup competition, the second most important competition of Europe. Haifa already confirm that they will play and the second Israeli representative will be Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem, who already won the tournament in 2004
