There will be only one (last) round of the Second Stage in Balkan League.

The most interesting game of round 5 was a derby match between two teams from Bulgaria. The game took place in Samokov where first ranked Levski Sofia won against host Rilski Sportist (4-5) 74-69. Rilski Sportist trailed by 15 points after 3 quarters before a 25-15 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 69-74 at the end of the game. 25 personal fouls committed by Rilski Sportist helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Serbian point guard Marko Marinovic (183-83) orchestrated the victory by scoring 21 points and 4 assists. Serbian center Mladen Pantic (209-82, agency: Alti Sport) contributed with 16 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) for the winners.
