The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season.
The game between third ranked Rubon (9-11) and seventh ranked Borisfen (4-18) was the most important one in the last round on Friday night. Rubon was crushed by Borisfen in Mogilev 75-52. The game was mostly controlled by Borisfen. Rubon managed to win second period 24-9. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Rubon to just 4 points in third quarter. Borisfen forced 20 Rubon turnovers. Forward Evgeniy Kopylov (199-91) stepped up and scored 22 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and Andrei Aheyenka (194-92) chipped in 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. At the losing side point guard Ivan Aladka (186-95) responded with 12 points. Newly promoted Borisfen maintains seventh place with 4-18 record. Rubon at the other side keeps the third position with 11 games lost. Borisfen are looking forward to face league's second-placed Sozh Gomel on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Rubon will play against Impuls BGUIR in Minsk and it may be a tough game between close rivals. Very significant was Grodno-93's (#1, 21-0) victory against 4th placed Tsmoki-Minsk II (9-12) 82-54. The former international swingman Uladzimir Charko (200-74) nailed 23 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side and Dzmitry Kuzmin accounted for 10 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Lithuanian point guard Vytautas Kamarunas (179-89) came up with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for Tsmoki-Minsk II in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated Grodno-93 (21-0) have an impressive series of twenty one victories in a row. They maintain first place with a perfect record of 21 victories in a row. Tsmoki-Minsk II at the other side keeps the fourth position with 12 games lost. Grodno-93 will play against Svisloch (#6) in Osipovichi in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Tsmoki-Minsk II will have a break next round.

Martin Muursepp will join the Belarusian National Team coaching staff. One of the best players in the history of Estonian basketball will be assisting Ruslan Baidakov in the EuroBasket 2015 Qualifying Round. Martin Muursepp started his coaching career in 2010. He worked as an assistant coach with Kalev/Cramo during three seasons. Martin Muursepp had an outstanding career as a player. Sozh Gomel step onto the pedestal of Belarus as they finished third in the country. In the series for the third place the team overcame Svisloch 3-1.

Oleksandr Dolenko answered with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Ilya Sharipov (198-G-91) added 14 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Svisloch.
