Vladimir Veremeenko
#1. This week's number one is former international forward Vladimir Veremeenko (208-84, currently plays in VTB United League). He contributed to an easy victory against the eighth-ranked PGE Turow (4-14) crushing them 80-48 in the VTB United League in Sunday night's game. Veremeenko scored 8 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in 15 minutes on the court. Unics Kazan (14-4) is placed second in group A. It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row. The Regular Season already ended in the VTB United League. It's Veremeenko's fifth season with the team. This year he averages: 8.2ppg, 5.3rpg, 2FGP: 61.0%(50-82) and FT: 87.0% in the 17 games he played so far. Veremeenko has a dual citizenship: Belarusian and Russian. He played for the Belarusian senior national team six years ago.

Artsiom Parakhouski
Artsiom Parakhouski
#2. Second place goes to an international center Artsiom Parakhouski (210-87, college: Radford, currently plays in Turkey), who plays in the Turkish TBL. Parakhouski could not help Olin Edirne (5-18) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his very good performance Olin Edirne was edged 83-82 on the road by the much higher-ranked Anadolu Efes (#4). Parakhouski recorded 18 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. It's Parakhouski's first season with the team. Parakhouski is ranked seventh on the list of the best rebounders in the league and also on the list of best blockers (first place). He has very reliable stats this season: 12.5ppg, 7.0rpg, 1.5apg, 1.8bpg, 2FGP: 64.6%(122-189) and FT: 52.4%. Parakhouski is in the roster of the Belarusian senior national team.

Despite his good performance AcegasAps TR was defeated 71-67 at home by the higher-ranked Biancoblu BO (#6). Meshcharakou was the second best scorer with 13 points. He also added 5 rebounds. Meshcharakou's total stats this season are: 10.0ppg, 4.6rpg and 1.2spg. He is also Belarusian national team player.

Maksim Shustau
Maksim Shustau
#5. Former international guard Maksim Shustau (188-86, currently plays in Russia) was not able to secure a victory for Sojuz Zaretchny (4-21) in their game against TEMP-SUMZ Revda (15-10) in the Russian Superleague (second division), despite his good performance last Monday. Shustau scored 11 points in 22 minutes. But the bottom-ranked Sojuz Zaretchny was badly defeated 86-67 on their home court in Zaretchny by the much higher-ranked (#5) TEMP-SUMZ Revda. It was Sojuz Zaretchny's eighth consecutive loss in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Shustau has relatively good stats this year: 10.3ppg, 2.4rpg and 3.2apg in the 13 games. He used to play for the Belarusian national team five years ago.

Aleh Kojenets
Aleh Kojenets
#6. An experienced center Aleh Kojenets (208-77, college: NC-Wilmington, currently plays in Lithuania) contributed to Mazeikiai's victory against the eighth-ranked Statyba (20-14) 92-82 in the Lithuanian NKL (second division) last Thursday. Kojenets recorded 6 points. Mazeikiai (27-7) is placed first in the NKL. This season Kojenets has relatively solid stats: 11.1ppg and 4.0rpg. He is a former international player as he played for the Belarusian senior team four years ago.

The list of other players, who all have Belarusian passport but never been selected to any of Belarusian national teams:

#1. Igor Suhinin, who plays in the Russian Superleague (second division) could not help Planeta-Universitet Ukhta (9-16) to beat Universitet-Yugra (22-3). Suhinin scored 7 points and added 3 passes. Planeta-Universitet Ukhta was crushed 79-53 on the road by the leading Universitet-Yugra. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Suhinin's total stats this season are: 7.3ppg, 3.8rpg, 2.8apg and 1.2spg.

#2. Vladi Yeremishin (201-F/C-84, agency: Avi Zilberman, currently plays in Israel) contributed to an Ironi Ramat Gan's victory against the 12th-ranked Kiryat Tivon (5-17) 94-81 in the Israeli National League (second division) in Tuesday night's game. This year Yeremishin's total stats are: 3.6ppg and 2.1rpg in the 21 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Belarusian and Israeli. Despite Yeremishin's Belarusian passport, he previously played for the Israeli university national team and is probably not eligible to play for the Belarusian team.

#3. Yivgeni Lioutrine (200-C-88, currently plays in Israel) was not able to help Elitzur Yavne (14-8) in their game against Maccabi K/G (5-17) in the Israeli National League (second division). There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. This year Lioutrine's total stats are: 6.9ppg and 3.9rpg in the 22 games. He is another player who holds two passports: Belarusian and Israeli. Despite Lioutrine's Belarusian nationality, he previously played for the Israeli U20 national team and probably cannot be called to the Belarusian team.

#4. Experienced Sergey Karpov (200-F-80, currently plays in Russia) was not able to secure a victory for Sojuz Zaretchny (4-21) in their game against Spartak Vidnoye (5-20) in the Russian Superleague (second division).
