Mons-Hainaut prevailed against Spirou to sweep the semifinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Belfius Mons-Hainaut. Spirou Charleroi managed to win second period 14-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Belfius Mons-Hainaut made 23-of-28 free shots (82.1 percent) during the game. The game was dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was guard Jonathan Wallace (187-86, college: Georgetown, agency: Pro One Sports) who scored 16 points and 5 assists. Guard Quincy Taylor (196-82, college: UAB) chipped in 15 points. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Devin Green (201-82, college: Hampton) who recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Jerome Randle (178-87, college: California) added 7 points and 4 assists respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Oostende gained 2-1 lead in the semifinal series versus Aalstar. The game without a history. Base Oostende led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 21-of-24 charity shots (87.5 percent) during the game. Okapi Aalstar was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for American guard Matt Lojeski (198-85, college: Hawaii) who led his team to a victory with 9 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. His fellow American import point guard Sean Singletary (183-85, college: Virginia) contributed with 14 points for the winners. American Derek Raivio (190-84, college: Gonzaga) answered with 21 points and Samoan-American power forward John Tofi (203-84, college: UTEP) added 13 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Okapi Aalstar. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
