Telenet Oostende (Ethias League) added to their roster 28-year old American point guard Sean Singletary (183-85, college: Virginia). He started the season at Frisco Texas Legends (D-League) in the U.S.. In 42 games he recorded 13.0ppg, 4.3rpg, 5.6apg and 1.7spg this season. The last season Singletary was tested by Belfius Mons-Hainaut (previous name M.Hainaut). In 11 Ethias League games he averaged 11.6ppg, 2.7rpg, 3.0apg and 2.5spg. He also played 7 games in Eurocup where he averaged 5.0ppg, 1.1rpg, 2.6apg and 1.3spg.
In 2008 Singletary was drafted by Sacramento Kings (NBA) in second round (42nd overall). He attended University of Virginia and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as Singletary's team made it to the Spanish ACB Supercup Final Four in 2011. He was also voted All-ACC 1st Team back in 2006,2007 and 2008 at his college time.
Singletary has played also professionally in NBA (Houston Rockets, Phoenix Suns, Philadelphia 76ers and Charlotte Bobcats), D-League (Sioux Falls Skyforce) and Spain (Caja Laboral).

Oxaco - Waregem 77-90 Waregem cruised past Oxaco on the road to open win count in the series. The guests trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 3-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 90-77.
