Cedevita - Partizan 76:77

Partizan came back from a 7-point deficit in the final minute of regulation and snatched a dramatic road win over Cedevita in Zagreb tonight. The hosts seemed to cruise to the victory as they led by 7 points with under two minutes remaining. But Davis Bertans (203-SF-92) and Leo Westermann (198-G-92, agency: Beo Basket) drained back-to-back triples and Milosavljevic added a jumper as Partizan snatched the road win. Vladimir Lucic (202-SF-89, agency: Beo Basket) and BErtans knocked down 18 points apiece for the winners.
Cedevita limited the Serbian team to 10 points in the opening quarter to post a 4-point advantage. Cedevita stretched the lead in the second frame. The hosts piled up a 35:26 halftime advantage. However Partizan picked up the tempo after the main break. The Belgrade team narrowed the gap at 6-point mark with one quarter remaining. Cedevita stayed in charge till the final minute when late heroics from Partizan secured them victory. Leo Westermann accounted for 13 points for the visitors. Marko Tomas (201-G-85) answered with 26 points for Cedevita. Bracey Wright (191-G-84, agency: Priority Sports, college: Indiana) chipped in 14 points in the loss.
