After getting Darko Planinic (211-C-90) loaned from Maccabi Electra Tel-Aviv, KK Cibona VIP Zagreb and their 33-year-old center Andrija Zizic (207-C-80, agency: Beo Basket) extended contract for the next two years.

Zizic was one of the key players this past season with KK Cibona VIP Zagreb. In the 18 games of Croatian A1 league, he was averaging 13.2 points and 5.1 rebounds. In 25 games of Adriatic league his scoring average was 14 points and 4.3 rebounds, while in EuroCup Zizic averaged 10.2 points and 3.5 rebounds in 6 games.

After retiring as a basketball player, the plan is for him to stay with KK Cibona VIP Zagreb coaching the future centers.
