Croatian U20 National Team stayed unbeaten after two rounds of action at the international friendly tournament in Logrono, Spain. They shot down Czech Republic in the second game. Juraj Segaric (183-PG-93) came up with 16 points to lead the winners. Croatia will now take on Spain for the trophy tonight. Czech Republic will look for the initial win when they face Slovenia next.
The teams stayed close throughout the opening quarter. The scoreboard read 17:17 after ten minutes. Croatia pulled in front in the second period. They held Czech Republic to 8 points in the period and ensured a 36:25 halftime lead. Croatia mounted the pressure in the third term. They cleared off to a comfortable 20-point lead before the fourth period. Czech Republic went on a 21:10 run in the final quarter but came up short of victory at the end. Dom Samac (206-F-93) netted 13 points, while Antonio Boban (200-F/G-93) added 10 points for the winners. Martin Kriz (201-F-93) answered with 14 points and 10 rebounds for Czech Republic. Tomas Kyzlink (197-F/G-93) had 12 points in the loss.

Brett Roseboro(208-F/C-91, college: UMBC, agency: Inception Sports) has agreed on terms of contract extension with Svitavy. The power forward has penned a new deal for the next season. Brett Roseboro joined the team at the start of the season. He tallied 10.5 points, 5.9 rebounds per game in the Czech NBL.
