There will be only one (last) round of the Second Stage in NBL. What a coincidence that all visitors won their games.

The most interesting game of round 9 was a home defeat of 4th placed BK Pardubice (19-14) to third ranked NH Ostrava (20-13) 76-64 in the game for the third place. American forward Jeremiah Wilson (203-88, college: Tarleton St.) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import point guard Rahsaan Ames (184-78, college: Shaw) chipped in 12 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. The best for the losing side was Lithuanian point guard Evaldas Zabas (188-88) with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds. NH Ostrava maintains third place with 20-13 record behind leader CEZ Nymburk. BK Pardubice at the other side keeps the fourth position with 14 games lost. NH Ostrava are looking forward to face BK Decin (#6) at home in the next round. BK Pardubice will play against the league's leader CEZ Nymburk and is hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.

At the other side the best for losing team was Richard Field who recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. CEZ Nymburk have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 31-1 record. Loser BC Kolin keeps the fifth position with 15 games lost. They share it with BK Decin. CEZ Nymburk will meet at home league's second-placed BK Prostejov in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. BC Kolin will play against BK Pardubice and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

The most impressive stats of the last round was 18 points and 8 rebounds by Brad Reese of Usti n/Labem.

Important game to mention about took place in Decin. Third ranked BK Prostejov (20-12) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging 5th ranked BK Decin (18-15) 77-74 on Sunday evening. BK Decin was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Naturalized Slovakian Roman Marko (194-86) nailed 15 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists for the winning side and the former international guard Pavel Slezak (186-84) accounted for 15 points and 5 rebounds. American guard Levell Sanders (189-75, college: Seton Hall, agency: Stanley International) came up with 23 points and 5 assists and swingman Lubos Stria (197-81) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively for BK Decin in the defeat. NBL top team - CEZ Nymburk (31-1) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed fifth ranked BC Kolin (18-15) 100-52. CEZ Nymburk dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to BC Kolin's 26. They outrebounded BC Kolin 37-26 including 24 on the defensive glass. CEZ Nymburk looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by BC Kolin's players. The best player for the winners was Nigerian-American guard Michael Efevberha (197-84, college: CS Northridge) who scored 15 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Montenegrin guard Miljan Pavkovic (178-81, agency: Beo Basket) chipped in 10 points and 8 assists.
