We bring you last week's top performances from Estonians who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

   #1. This week's number one is an international small forward Siim-Sander Vene (203-90, agency: Alti Sport, currently plays in Baltic League). He led his Lithuanian team Rudupis to a 3-point victory against the closely-ranked Barons kvartals (5-1) 76-73 in the Baltic League in Wednesday night's game. Vene recorded 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists in 25 minutes on the court. It was the game of the round between two top 2 ranked teams in group F. Rudupis Prienu (5-1) is placed first. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This year Vene averages: 9.7ppg, 5.6rpg, 2.4apg, 1.4spg, 2FGP: 54.2%, 3FGP: 29.4% in the 19 games he played so far. He is currently a member of the Estonian senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international small forward Kristjan Kangur (201-82, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Italy. Kangur could not help Montepaschi Siena (7-5) to beat Besiktas (1-11). He scored 9 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. But the fifth-placed Montepaschi Siena was edged 72-70 on the road by the lower-ranked Besiktas (#8) in the group F of Euroleague. It was Montepaschi Siena's third consecutive loss in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Euroleague Top 16. So now every game will be critical. It's Kangur's first season with the team. Kangur's overall stats this year are: 8.9ppg, 3.5rpg, 1.3apg, 2FGP: 54.0%, 3FGP: 43.3% and FT: 83.3%. He is in the roster of the Estonian senior national team.

   #3. The Estonian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international center Reinar Hallik (208-84, currently plays in Romania). Hallik was the major contributor in Craiova's victory against the closely-ranked U-Mobitelco (18-10) 80-72 in the Romanian Liga Nationala on Sunday night. He recorded 14 points in 21 minutes. SCM CSU Craiova (20-8) is placed fourth in the Liga Nationala. They ended the series of three consecutive loses. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. This year Hallik's overall stats are: 6.0ppg, 2.0rpg in the 12 games. He is also a member of the Estonian senior national team.

   #4. Swingman Gregor Arbet (195-83, currently plays in Greece) was not able to help Kavala (5-16) in their game against KAOD (7-14) in the Greek A1. Arbet scored 9 points. But Kavala was defeated 71-60 at home by the higher-ranked KAOD (#10). It was Kavala's fourth consecutive loss in a row. Arbet's total stats this season are: 9.1ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.1apg. He is also Estonian national team player.

U18 international shooting guard Kent-Kaarel Vene (192-94, currently plays in Lithuania) managed to help Zalgiris-Sabonio krepsinio centras in a victory against the closely-ranked Olimpas (23-11) 79-62 in the Lithuanian NKL (second division) last Thursday. Vene recorded only 3 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 15 minutes. Zalgiris-Sabonio krepsinio centras (21-13) is placed sixth in the NKL. This year Vene averages just 1.8ppg in the 25 games. He plays currently for the Estonian U18 national team.

Kalev/Cramo - Parnu 73-71 Kalev/Cramo held off Parnu in the opener. Parnu was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. The former international point guard Sten-Timmu Sokk (184-89) nailed 5 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side and the former international forward Erik Keedus (198-90) accounted for 14 points and 5 rebounds. Avis Utilitas Rapla shocked Tartu in game 1 of the semifinals of Alexela KML by beating Tartu on the road 70:60. Domen Bratoz(189-PG-93) had an outstanding performance, scoring 25 points and making 6/8 from behind the arc. Thomas van der Mars added 13+15 rbs and Martin Paasoja another 13 points.
