Bulgaria registered the third straight win at the classification round of U20 European Championship. They upset hosting Estonia to win Group H. Bulgaria therefore secured Division A place for the next season. Estonia will fight against relegation in the 17th-20th places classification round.
Bulgaria eked out a 19:17 lead after ten minutes. The teams slowed down in the second frame. They teamed up for just 18 points in the quarter as Bulgaria remained in front 28:26. Bulgaria cleared off to an 8-point distance midway through the third term. However Martin Paasoja (194-SG-93) and Mihkel Schleicher (205-C-93) dragged the hosts within one point 46:47 at the final break. Oliver Metsalu (197-SG-93) put the home side in front early in the fourth period. The lead changed hands for several times before Minkov and Karamfilov gave Bulgaria a 59:54 lead. Dimitar Dimitrov (203-PF-93, agency: Interperformances) sparked a 9:0 run from the visitors as they accumulated a 68:56 lead and rolled to the victory. Pavlin Ivanov (195-SG-93, agency: Beo Basket) posted 16 points, while Dimitar Dimitrov added 12 points and 14 boards in the victory. Mihkel Schleicher responded with 12 points for Bulgaria. Oliver Metsalu and Martin Paasoja chipped in 11 points each in the loss.

KML: BC Kalev/Cramo wins another title - 19 hours ago
BC Kalev/Cramo defeated Avis Utilitas Rapla 91:62 on the road and was crowned a champion for the 9th time with a 4:0 sweep. Kalev/Cramo started the game with a huge 15:2 run but the hosts managed to come back as they trailed 29:32 only in the middle of the second. However, Kalev made a 7:0 run and won the first half 41:32. In 3rd, Avis fought well and trailed 47:52 with 4 minutes to play. FINAL Rapla - Kalev/Cramo 74-77 Kalev/Cramo overcame a fierce opposition from Rapla to claim the third straight win in the series. The guests trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 26-21 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Kalev/Cramo forced 19 Rapla turnovers.
