Walter Hodge
U.S. Virgin Islands-Puerto Rican point guard Walter Hodge (183-PG-86) had an amazing evening in the last round for Stelmet ZG, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 6 (Top 16).
The 26-year old player got a double-double of 29 points and 10 assists, while his team beat Lokomotiv (#1, 5-1) 94-88. Stelmet ZG maintains the 3rd position in Eurocup group K. Stelmet ZG is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. But it was their 3rd lost game this season out of 6 games. In the team's last game Hodge had a remarkable 58.3% from 2-point range and got three three-pointers out of 6 attempts. It's his second year at Stelmet ZG and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Former University of Florida star has very solid stats this year. Hodge is league's best scorer averaging so far 21.1ppg. Hodge is in league's top in assists (4th best: 5.6apg) and averages impressive 52.8% FGP and 50.0% from behind 3-point line.

The second best player in last round's games was another Stelmet ZG's star - 26-year old Serbian Dejan Borovnjak (207-F/C-86, agency: Beo Basket). Borovnjak had a very good evening with a double-double of 23 points and 12 rebounds. It was enough for Stelmet ZG to edge slightly higher-ranked Lokomotiv (#1, 5-1) 94-88. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the top position in group K. Stelmet ZG consolidated its place in top 3 of the standings. His team's 3-3 record is not bad at all. Borovnjak is a newcomer at Stelmet ZG, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Malcolm Delaney (191-G-89) of league's top team Budivelnyk. Delaney scored 26 points and passed seven assists. He was a key player of Budivelnyk, leading his team to a 88-77 win against #4 ranked Triumph. Budivelnyk confirms their top position in group I. Their record at this point is 4 victories and 2 lost games. Delaney has a very solid season. In 12 games in Eurocup he scored 15.5ppg.

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
