Maccabi Haifa announced the team has inked ex-Fordham power-forward/center, Kervin Bristol, to a two-year deal, the second season being a team option.

Bristol, 24, is currently playing in the Dominican Republic for the Huracanes del Atlantico where he averages 6.6 points and 9.4 rebounds over 11 showing. During the 2012-13 season, Bristol played in Turkeys second division for Istanbulspor, where he averaged a double-double of 10.1 points and finished third in the league in rebounds with 12.2 per. In February, the 6-foot-10, 224-pounder moved to Slovenia, tallying 11.4 points and 11 boards per, finishing first in the league in rebounds.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, Bristol played his collegiate ball at Broward Community College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for two seasons where he averaged 12.4 points and a team-high 10.8 rebounds as a sophomore before transferring to NCAA Division I Fordham University, where he finished third in the Atlantic 10 in shots blocked (2.4 per game) and fifth in the conference in rebounding (8.0 per game) as a senior during the 2011-12 season.

Limoges CSP Elite (ProA) strengthened their roster with addition of 29-year old American ex-international forward Josh Carter (200-100kg-88, college: Texas A&M). He played most recently at Banco di Srd in Italian Serie A. In 25 games he recorded 7.6ppg, 2.5rpg and 1.2apg last season. Carter helped them to make it to the cup final. Dolomiti Energia Trento (Serie A) tabbed 21-year old Dutch international guard Yannick Franke (194-96). He played most recently at KK Zadar in Croatian A1 league.
