Curtis Jerrells agreed terms with EA7 Armani - Aug 8, 2013

EA7 Emporio Armani Milano (SerieA) strengthened their roster with addition of 26-year old American point guard Curtis Jerrells (185-88kg-87, college: Baylor). Jerrells managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year (!!!). He played most recently at Maine Red Claws (D-League) in the U.S.. In 12 games he recorded 14.9ppg, 3.3rpg, 5.4apg and 1.8spg. He also played at Besiktas (TBL) in Turkish league that season. In 17 games he averaged 12.1ppg, 2.6rpg, 3.0apg and 1.1spg. He helped them to win the cup. Jerrells also played 17 games in Euroleague where he averaged 14.2ppg, 2.6rpg, 2.9apg and 1.1spg.
He ended the previous (2011-12) season at UCAM Murcia (Liga Endesa) in Spanish league. In two games he averaged 7.5ppg, 1.5rpg and 1.0spg. But the most of that year Jerrells spent at Fenerbahce Ulker (TBL) in Turkish league. In 17 games he averaged 6.4ppg, 1.6rpg, 2.0apg and 1.1spg. He also played 14 games in Euroleague where he averaged 8.6ppg, 1.9rpg and 1.7apg.
The previous (10-11) season Jerrells played at Partizan (A League) in Serbia. The team played in three different competitions that year, and he was exposed to basketball on different levels. In 19 A League games he averaged 12.1ppg, 2.3rpg, 4.1apg and 1.9spg. He contributed to his team winning the league title. Great season indeed as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Serbian League Import Player of the Year, Guard of the Year and voted to 1st Team. Jerrells also played 10 games in Euroleague where he averaged 9.7ppg, 3.2rpg, 3.8apg and 1.3spg. He also played 19 games in Adriatic League where he averaged 12.4ppg, 3.3rpg, 2.2apg and 1.0spg. He contributed to his team winning the Adriatic League championship. A very good season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Adriatic League 1st Team and All-Imports Team. Jerrells was called during the season by the San Antonio Spurs.
He has played also professionally in D-League (Austin Toros).
Jerrells attended Baylor University until 2009 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball.

32-year old Italian international power forward Andrea Bargnani (213-113kg-85) left Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz (Liga Endesa). In 14 games he had 11.5ppg and 2.5rpg this season. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. Bargnani also played 15 games in Euroleague where he recorded 8.8ppg and 1.8rpg. The last season he played at the Nets in NBA. CSKA complete sweep of Baskonia - 15 hours ago
Baskonia - CSKA 88:90 CSKA advanced into EuroLeague Final Four. They nipped Baskonia in Vitoria-Gasteiz tonight to sweep the series. Cory Higgins (195-G-89, college: Colorado) stepped up with 21 points to pace the defending champions. It was another dramatic clash between the sides. Baskonia grabbed a 24:22 lead after the opening frame. CSKA stayed within striking distance. The visitors got as close as one point at halftime 43:44.
