Bogdanovic
Partizan Belgrade's 21-year-old Serbian wing Bogdan Bogdanovic emerged this season as one of the top European draft-eligible prospects.

Bogdanovic, a 6-foot-6 second guard, is currently in the midst of his fourth pro-season with Serbian side Partizan. After showcasing his talents on the Serbian National Team this past summer at the European Championships in Slovenia (9.4 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2 assists), Bogdanovic has taken the Euroleague Top-16 by storm.

The three-time Serbian National League Champion and two-time Adriatic League winner is currently averaging 20.8 points shooting 40% from beyond the arc, to go along with 3 boards and 3 dimes per. After picking up a pair of loses to Real Madrid (15 points) and Bayern Munich (24 points), Bogdanovic erupted for a Euroleague career-high of 27 points on 6-for-8 from 2-point range and 4-for-8 from 3-point range, leading Partizan to a 73-72 upset over Russian powerhouse CSKA Moscow.

Advancing to the second stage in Europe's most prestigious competition has allowed Bogdanovic to expose his talents against some of the elite teams outside of the NBA, such as Madrid, Moscow and Maccabi Tel Aviv. Last night in down town Tel Aviv, Bogdanoiv netted 17 points connecting on 60% from within the arc. He also grabbed 6 rebounds and drew a game-high 7 fouls in a losing effort for Partizan.

Assistant General Manager of the Miami Heat, Adam Simon, was in attendance following the draft-eligible prospect. According to Draft specialist Jonathan Givony, founder of DraftExpress.com, Bogdanovic is number one in the class of 1992 International born prospects, and is projected as a first-round pick in the upcoming draft. "I had no idea I was being followed against Maccabi, I was focused on the game," Bogdanovic told Eurobasket during a post-game interview.

Establishing himself as one of the top rising Euro-talents, Bogdanovic expressed his opinion on wanting to play in the NBA next season and whether or not he's ready to cross the pond. "It's a dream to play in the NBA, but right now I'm focused on Partizan. I believe I'm ready for the NBA and I will try my best if I receive a contract. For me personally, the Euroleague is much better than going to tryout in the NBA Summer League, but if a team would sign me and choose to loan me to a Euroleague team for one season, I'd be willing to do that."
