Marc Gasol
Marc Gasol (216-C-85, agency: Interperformances) confirms his presence at Eurobasket 2013. The 28-year old center Marc Gasol gave the Spanish fans more confidence after some players announced their absence.
Marc finished another season with Memphis Grizzlies in NBA. In 95 games he had 14.6ppg, 7.9rpg, 3.9apg and 1.8bpg this season. A very impressive year as he was voted NBA Defensive Player of the Year, named to 2nd Team and named to All-Defensive 2nd Team. The last season Gasol played also at the Grizzlies in NBA. In 72 games he recorded 14.7ppg, 8.7rpg, 3.1apg and 1.9bpg. Quite impressive season as he was named to NBA All-Star Game.
In 2007 he was drafted by Los Angeles Lakers (NBA) in second round (48th overall).Gasol was also a member of Spanish international program for some years. He played for Spanish Senior National Team between 2006 and 2012 and previously for U20 National Team between 2004 and 2005. Marc Gasol also represented Spain at the Olympic Games in London (United Kingdon) last year. His team won Silver and his stats at that event were 8 games: 12.6ppg, 4.8rpg, 2.1apg, FGP: 52.2%, 3PT: 50.0%, FT: 70.3%.

Greece's basketball federation has accused the Milwaukee Bucks and the NBA of hatching a plan to prevent Giannis Antetokounmpo(211-G/F-94, agency: Octagon Europe) from playing in the European championship.
