J.R.
Reynolds
Limoges CSP Elite (ProA) agreed terms with 29-year old American point guard J.R. Reynolds (188-90kg-84, college: Virginia). He played part of the last season at BCM Gravelines Dunkerque Grand Littoral (ProA). But in two games he did not score anything and had only 1 rebound and 1 assist. Reynolds' team won French ProA Regular Season in 2009, 2012 and 2013. He started the previous season with Bnei Hasharon. His stats read 12.0 points and 3.6 assists per game in the Winner League.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as he was voted Eurobasket.com All-Italian Lega2 Honorable Mention back in 2008.
Reynolds is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Israel (Bnei Hasharon), Italy (Cimberio Varese, Napoli J.News and Vanoli Cremona), France (ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket and Entente Orleans 45) and D-League (Maine Red Claws).
Reynolds attended University of Virginia until 2007 and it will be his seventh season as a professional player.
He could be described: A natural-born scorer, very good 3 pts shooter, who can produce a lot of points. Started his collegiate career as an undersized, moderately recruited shooter, and become one of the best NCAA shooting guards in his last season. If he adds a reliabe defense on the perimeter, he could make the same route at pro level.
