However just two-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Saint Chamond trailed by 15 points after 3 quarters before a 21-8 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 69-71 at the end of the game. Center Jonathan Tornato (210-89) had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Finnish forward Ville Kaunisto (205-82) chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was point guard Romain Tillon (180-82, agency: ACMT) with 15 points and 5 rebounds and center Benjamin Rey (210-79) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Blois have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 17-9 record. Saint Chamond lost third consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth place with 17 games lost. Blois will face league's second-placed Souffelweyersheim in Souffel. in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Saint Chamond will play at home against Angers BC 49 (#12) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
