We bring you last week's top performances from French who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

   #1. This week's number one is an international point guard Tony Parker (188-82, currently plays in NBA), who plays in the NBA. He could not help the San Antonio Spurs (53-17) in their last game. Despite Parker's very good performance the San Antonio Spurs were edged 96-95 on the road by the Houston Rockets. He was the top scorer with 23 points. Parker also added 4 boards, handed out 7 passes and blocked 2 shots (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!) in 35 minutes on the court. It was Spurs' first loss after four consecutive victories. It's Parker's 12th season with the team. He has individually a very good year with high stats. Parker averages: 21.0ppg, 3.1rpg, 7.6apg, 2FGP: 54.7%, 3FGP: 36.7% and FT: 83.2% in the 58 games he played so far. He is currently a member of the French senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to former international power forward Joakim Noah (211-85, college: Florida, currently plays in NBA), who plays in the NBA. Noah was not able to help the Chicago Bulls (38-31) in their last game on Thursday. Despite his very good performance the Chicago Bulls were defeated 99-89 in Portland by the Trail Blazers. Noah was the top scorer with 18 points. He also added 6 rebounds and dished 3 assists. Noah is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his sixth year in Bulls' roster. Noah belongs to league's best rebounders and is ranked #5. This season he has very high stats. Noah averages: 12.1ppg, 11.4rpg, 4.1apg, 2.2bpg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 48.1% and FT: 76.0%. He is a naturalized American. Noah played for the French national team in 2011. Strangely he has never played in France.

   #3. The French player who performed third best last week abroad was an international small forward Nicolas Batum (203-88, currently plays in NBA), who plays in the NBA. Batum was not able to secure a victory for the Portland Trail Blazers (33-37) in their last game. Despite his good performance the Portland Trail Blazers were badly defeated 103-83 in Oklahoma City by the Thunder. Batum was the second best scorer with 13 points. He also added 8 boards, handed out 8 passes and blocked 2 shots in 37 minutes. Batum has very impressive stats this year: 14.6ppg, 5.8rpg, 4.9apg, 1.2bpg, 1.3spg, 2FGP: 48.4%, 3FGP: 37.1% and FT: 84.6% in the 69 games. He is also a member of the French senior national team.

   #4. Center Kevin Seraphin (206-89, currently plays in NBA) led Washington Wizards to a victory against the Phoenix Suns (23-48) 88-79 in the NBA in Wednesday night's game. Seraphin recorded 16 points, 5 rebounds and 2 blocks. The Washington Wizards have 26-44 record this season. Seraphin has relatively good stats this year: 9.1ppg and 4.3rpg. He is also French national team player.

Former U20 international guard Thomas Heurtel (188-89, currently plays in Spain) contributed to a Caja Laboral's victory against one of league's weakest teams Lagun Aro GBC (7-19) 88-80 in the Spanish ACB last Saturday. Heurtel scored 13 points and added 3 passes in 22 minutes. Caja Laboral Vitoria (20-6) is placed second in the ACB. This year Heurtel's overall stats are: 4.5ppg, 1.7rpg and 3.3apg in the 26 games. He used to play for the French U20 national team four years ago.

   #6. Power forward Adrien Moerman (203-88, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Gescrap BB (16-10) in their game against Assignia Manresa (5-21) in the Spanish ACB. Despite his good performance on Sunday night Moerman scored 11 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. It's Moerman's first season with the team. His total stats this year are: 6.4ppg and 3.2rpg. Moerman is a former international player as he played for the French senior team three years ago.

   #7. International shooting guard Nando De Colo (196-87, currently plays in NBA) is a teammate of previously mentioned Tony Parker. But that was another game of his team in NBA which we would like to mention. De Colo helped San Antonio Spurs win their game against the Golden State Warriors (41-31) 104-93. He recorded 10 points in 25 minutes. The San Antonio Spurs have a very solid 53-17 record this season. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. This year De Colo's total stats are: 3.6ppg, 1.7rpg and 1.8apg in the 60 games. He is also French national team player.

   #8. Power forward Boris Diaw (203-82, currently plays in NBA) is a teammate of previously mentioned Tony Parker and both played together in the last NBA game. Diaw couldn't help the San Antonio Spurs (53-17) in their game against the Houston Rockets (39-31). Despite his good performance last Sunday He scored 10 points and blocked 2 shots. Diaw has averaged so far 6.0ppg, 3.4rpg and 2.4apg. He plays currently for the French national team.

Mahinmi scored 10 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 17 minutes. The Indiana Pacers have a solid 44-27 record this season. Mahinmi has averaged so far 5.3ppg and 3.9rpg in the 71 games. He used to play for the French national team two years ago.

Michel was MVP of the game. He recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 15 rebounds. Michel also added 2 blocks; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his second season in pro basketball. KAO Dramas (7-14) is placed tenth in the A1. Michel belongs to league's best rebounders (ranked #7) and also on the list of best blockers (second place). He has averaged so far 8.1ppg, 6.6rpg and 1.6bpg. Michel is a former U20 international player as five years ago he still played for the French national team.

   #11. International power forward Ali Traore (207-85, agency: Beo Basket, college: S.Idaho JC, currently plays in Euroleague) was the major contributor in a 3-point ALBA Berlin's victory against the closely-ranked Brose Baskets Bamberg 75-72 in the Euroleague last Wednesday. He scored 14 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in a mere 19 minutes. Traore has averaged so far 9.8ppg and 4.8rpg in the four games. He plays currently for the French national team.

   #12. International forward Florent Pietrus (202-81, currently plays in Spain) helped Valencia Basket win their game against the closely-ranked G.Canaria 2014 68-56 in the Spanish ACB last Saturday. Pietrus scored 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. He has averaged so far 3.4ppg and 3.1rpg. Pietrus is also in the roster of the French national team.

   #13. International shooting guard Fabien Causeur (193-87, currently plays in Euroleague) is a teammate of previously mentioned Thomas Heurtel. However that was another game of his team in Euroleague which brought him to that list. Causeur couldn't help Caja Laboral in their game against Regal FC Barcelona. He scored 5 points in 21 minutes. His team lost 74-83. Causeur has averaged so far 6.7ppg, 1.5rpg and 1.4apg in the 22 games. He is also French national team player.

   #14. Former international center Johan Petro (214-86, currently plays in NBA) managed to help Atlanta Hawks to win against the Milwaukee Bucks 104-99 in the NBA in Sunday night's game. Petro scored only 3 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. He has averaged so far 3.0ppg and 2.6rpg. Petro used to play for the French national team back in 2010.

   #15. Former U20 international forward Aaron Cel (203-87, currently plays in VTB United League) couldn't help PGE Turow in their game against Unics Kazan in the VTB United League. He scored 8 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 33 minutes. His team was crushed by 32 points 80-48. Cel belongs to league's best rebounders and is ranked #6 with 6.7rpg. This year he also averages: 9.2ppg in the 18 games. Cel used to play for the French U20 national team six years ago.

   #1. Bandja Sy (203-F, currently plays college basketball in the States), who plays in the NCAA could not help the N.Mexico St. (14-4) in their last game on Thursday. Despite Sy's very good performance the N.Mexico St. was badly defeated 64-44 on the road by the Saint Louis University. He scored 17 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. The Regular Season already ended in the NCAA. Sy has been at the team for four years. Sy has averaged so far 9.8ppg and 4.8rpg. He has a dual citizenship: Mali and French.

   #2. Boris Meno (203-F-83, agency: Two Points, college: Davidson, currently plays in Czech Republic) led USK Praha to a victory over the third-ranked B&W Opava (13-21) crushing them 86-57 in the Czech Republic NBL in Wednesday night's game. Meno was the best player in that game. He recorded 24 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists (made all of his eight free throws) in 23 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in Group A2. USK Praha (25-1) is placed first. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Second Stage. So now every game will be critical. Meno is ranked fourth on the list of the top scorers in the league and also on the list of best rebounders (second place). He has individually a very good year with high stats. Meno averages: 17.5ppg, 9.2rpg and 1.3apg in the 34 games he played so far. He is another player who holds two passports: Congolese and French.

   #3. Alfredo Ott (193-G-83, college: Dillard, currently plays in Spain) contributed to a Palencia Baloncesto's victory against the eighth-ranked Lobe Huesca (10-13) 87-75 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) in Friday night's game. He scored 13 points and had 3 steals. Palencia Baloncesto (14-9) is placed fourth in the LEB Gold. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Ott has averaged so far 9.0ppg, 1.8rpg and 1.4spg. He is a naturalized American. Apparently Ott has never played in France.

   #4. Kim Tillie (210-PF-88, agency: Priority Sports, college: Utah, currently plays in Spain) helped UCAM Murcia win their game against the tenth-ranked Unicaja Malaga (13-13) 76-68 in the Spanish ACB last Sunday. He scored 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 17 minutes. UCAM Murcia (24-6) is placed in the ACB. Tillie has averaged so far 8.5ppg and 4.2rpg in the 26 games. He has both Dutch and French nationalities.

   #5. Roy Samaha (205-F/C-84, currently plays in Lebanon) helped Al Moutahed win their game against the closely-ranked Sagesse (19-4) 88-80 in the Lebanese Division A last Sunday. Samaha scored 6 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Al Moutahed Tripoli (15-8) is placed fourth in the Division A. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Second Stage. So now every game will be important. Samaha has averaged so far 8.1ppg and 5.0rpg. He also holds two passports: French and Lebanese.

   #6. Mamadou Lamizana (207-F/C-81, college: Rutgers, currently plays in Taiwan), who plays in the Taiwanese SBL was not able to help Yulon Luxgen (16-14) in their last game. Despite Lamizana's very good performance Yulon Luxgen was edged 77-75 by the leading Pure Youth. He was the top scorer with 30 points. Lamizana also added 8 rebounds, passed 5 assists and added 4 blocks in 36 minutes. Lamizana is ranked second on the list of the top scorers in the league and also on the list of best rebounders (fourth place). He has very impressive stats this year: 21.8ppg, 12.3rpg, 3.7apg, 3.3bpg and 1.2spg in the 20 games. Lamizana has Ivorian and French nationalities.

   #7. Remi Barry (201-F, currently studies in the States) is a teammate of previously mentioned Bandja Sy and both played together in the last NCAA game. Barry was not able to secure a victory for the N.Mexico St. in their game against the Saint Louis University. He scored 6 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. His team was badly defeated by 20 points 64-44. This season Barry has very high stats. He averages: 21.8ppg, 12.3rpg, 3.7apg, 3.3bpg and 1.2spg.

   #8. Yoni Deri (178-PG-87, currently plays in Israel) helped Ironi Nahariya win their game against the eighth-ranked Hapoel Kazrin 92-88 in the Israeli National League (second division) last Tuesday.
