He has a double citizenship as he also holds American passport. Pullen played at Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem in Israeli Winner League, but left the team earlier this month. In 19 Winner League games he recorded 12.6ppg, 1.5rpg, 4.0apg and 1.1spg this season. He also played 6 games in Eurocup where he averaged 13.0ppg, 2.0rpg, 2.8apg and 1.8spg. The last season Pullen played at Angelico Biella. In 32 games he averaged impressive 16.0ppg, 1.8rpg, 3.2apg and 1.8spg.
Among other achievements Pullen received USBasket.com All-NCAA D1 3rd Team award and All-Big 12 1st Team award in 2010 and 2011 at his college time. Pullen also represented Georgia at the Qualifications to European Championships 2013 last year. His stats at that event were 8 games: 16.4ppg, 2.0rpg, 2.9apg, 1.4spg, FGP: 39.1%, 3PT: 38.8%, FT: 66.7%.
Pullen graduated from Kansas State in 2011 and it is his second season in pro basketball.
The scouts decsribe him following way: An undersized guard with an immense offensive talent and personality. Size is an important limit at NBA level, but he could become soon an Euroleague top level player.
