MIA dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Sokhumi's 22. They outrebounded Sokhumi 42-28 including 16 on the offensive glass. American center Kirk Archibeque (205-84, college: Fort Lewis) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 16 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import swingman Benjamin Raymond (198-87, college: Xavier, agency: KMG Sports Management) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds. Four MIA players scored in double figures. At the losing side center Vakhtang Kadaria (205-89, college: Mineral Area CC) responded with 24 points and 7 rebounds and Serbian guard Bosko Stojakovic (196-84) scored 17 points and 8 assists.

Montenegrin center Stevan Milosevic (211-85, agency: Interperformances) nailed a double-double by scoring 16 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winning side and Lithuanian forward Martynas Andriukaitis (204-81) accounted for 14 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists.
