German U16 National Team registered the victory in the first game of the test series versus their Dutch counterparts. Patricia Brossmann (181-SF-97) nailed 17 points to pace the German side.
The hosts jumped to a narrow 13:12 lead after ten minutes. Germany maintained the lead throughout the second period. They accumulated a 36:33 halftime lead. The home side limited the Dutch opponents to just 6 points in the third term to gain an 8-point lead before the fourth stanza. Germany fired 21 points in the final period and sealed the winning outcome. Leonie Schutter had 13 points, while Johanna Klug (185-C-98) added 12 for the winners. Janis Ndiba (180-PF-97) responded with 15 points and 8 rebounds for Netherlands. Laura Westerik (170-F-98) and Anne van Vlijmen (162-PG-99) dropped 8 points each in the loss.
