An interesting game for Szolnok (3-1) which played road game in Kaposvar against 4th ranked Kaposvari (1-3). Third ranked Szolnok had an easy win 103-85. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Szolnok's pressure prevailed and they won that period 30-19 extending their advantage to 18 points. They dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Kaposvari's 42. They outrebounded Kaposvari 43-22 including a 32-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Szolnok looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Latvian forward Ernests Kalve (200-87) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 6 rebounds. Naturalized American forward Rashad Bell (201-82, college: Boston U.) contributed with 17 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Szolnok's coach Neno Asceric used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American point guard Christopher Dunn (189-83, college: W.Virginia St., agency: Court Side) replied with 29 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists for Kaposvari. Defending champion moved-up to second place in Division. Kaposvari at the other side keeps the fourth position with three games lost. Szolnok are looking forward to face league's leader Albacomp in Szekesfehervar in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Kaposvari will play on the road against Jaszberenyi and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Albacomp's coach Branislav Dzunic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side American guard Jonathan Levy (193-82, college: CS San Bernar.) responded with 12 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Albacomp maintains first position in Division with 4-0 record. Atomeromu at the other side dropped to the third place with two games lost. Albacomp will play against league's second-placed Szolnok in Szolnok in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Atomeromu will play on the road against Kormend and hopes to get back on the winning track.

Norbert Toth fired a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. PVSK Pannon maintains third position in Division with 12-12 record having just -28 point less than leader Albacomp. FS Debrecen at the other side keeps the seventh place with 24 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

In Division Szedeak was smashed by Soproni on the road 93-69. ZTE KK destroyed FS Debrecen on its own court 79-53.
The most impressive performance of 4th round was 31 points and 10 rebounds by Zvonko Buljan of Kormend.

Jaszberenyi - Kormend 95-80

Jaszberenyi's fans can celebrate the first win of their team after three consecutive loses. They used home court advantage to defeat Kormend (1-3) 95-80 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Jaszberenyi. Kormend managed to win fourth quarter 26-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Kormend 42-20 including a 27-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Jaszberenyi looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Kormend's players. The winners were led by Serbian center Rastko Dramicanin (207-86, agency: BeoExcell) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 24 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and Serbian guard Miljan Rakic (195-86, agency: BeoExcell) supported him with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists.
