Jaszberenyi rallied past Kaposvari at home court to secure 2-2 tie in the best-of-five series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Kaposvari won third quarter 21-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Jaszberenyi made 22-of-28 charity shots (78.6 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of Serbian swingman Milos Markovic (201-84) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds. Power forward Balint Horti (206-89, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) contributed with 12 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Jaszberenyi's coach Sandor Foldi allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The former international Roland Hendlein (203-86, agency: TSS Management) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 14 rebounds and American point guard Christopher Dunn (189-83, college: W.Virginia St., agency: Court Side) added 20 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals (made all of his seven free throws) in the effort for Kaposvari. Five Jaszberenyi and four Kaposvari players scored in double figures.

Kormend overcame Atomeromu to force the decider in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Kormend. Atomeromu managed to win third quarter 29-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Kyle Austin (203-88, college: Cal-Riverside) who helped to win the game recording 32 points and 5 rebounds and guard Andras Rujak (187-88, agency: TSS Management) who added 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. At the losing side American point guard Lorenzo Williams (189-84, college: Rice, agency: Stanley International) responded with 19 points and 5 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Jonathan Levy (193-82, college: CS San Bernar.) scored 18 points and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.

Defending champion Alba Fehervar (A Division) strengthened their roster with addition of American forward Elijah Macon (206-109kg). Macon just graduated from W.Virginia (NCAA).
