Coincidentally all hosts won their games.

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Falco-Szova as it allowed them to take a leadership position in Division. Falco-Szova smashed 5th ranked Marso NYKK in Szombathely 104-80. The game without a history. Falco-Szova led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Marso NYKK's 32. Falco-Szova shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 65.0 percentage. Swingman Tamas Will (196-87, agency: TSS Management) scored 22 points (perfect from downtown making all six shots !!!) to lead the charge for the winners and Serbian forward Tomislav Ivosev (204-90) chipped in 21 points (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) during the contest. Falco-Szova's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was forward Mate Mohacsi (192-90, agency: TSS Management) with 21 points and 4 assists. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Marso NYKK at the other side keeps the fifth place with 17 games lost. Marso NYKK will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest in order to get back on the winning path. Falco-Szova will try to continue on its current victory against third ranked PVSK Pannon in Pecs.
Important game to mention about took place in Paks. Second ranked Atomeromu (20-8) saved a 1-point victory at home edging one of their biggest challengers Kaposvari (17-11) 84-83 in the game for the second place. American guard Jonathan Levy (193-82, college: CS San Bernar.) notched 33 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and Lorenzo Williams supported him with 17 points and 4 assists. Even 16 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists by American point guard Christopher Dunn (189-83, college: W.Virginia St., agency: Court Side) did not help to save the game for Kaposvari. Atomeromu maintains second position in Division with 20-8 record having just two points less than leader Albacomp. Kaposvari at the other side keeps the third place with 11 games lost. Atomeromu will play against Szolnok (#6) in Szolnok in the next round. Kaposvari will play at home against Kormend and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
A Division top team - Albacomp (22-6) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed fifth ranked Kormend (12-16) in Szekesfehervar 91-43. The best player for the winners was Levente Juhos who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Kyle Austin who recorded 22 points and 9 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Albacomp maintains first position in Division with 22-6 record. Loser Kormend keeps the fifth place with 16 games lost. Albacomp will meet Jaszberenyi (#4) on the road in the next round. Kormend will play against Kaposvari and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in Szolnok was also worth to mention about. 4th ranked Jaszberenyi (15-13) played at the court of sixth ranked Szolnok (5-1). Szolnok managed to secure a 7-point victory 71-64. It was a good game for James Florence who led his team to a victory with 22 points and 5 assists. Szolnok's coach Neno Asceric allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion maintains sixth position in Division with 5-1 record. Jaszberenyi at the other side keeps the fourth place with 13 games lost. Szolnok's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Atomeromu in Paks and it may be quite challenging game. Jaszberenyi will play at home against the league's leader Albacomp in Szekesfehervar.

In Division Szedeak lost to PVSK Pannon on the opponent's court 77-82.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 34 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds by Norbert Toth of PVSK Pannon.

Atomeromu - Kaposvari 84-83

Important game to mention about took place in Paks. Second ranked Atomeromu (20-8) saved a 1-point victory at home edging one of their biggest challengers Kaposvari (17-11) 84-83 in the game for the second place. It looked good early as Kaposvari took an 2-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Atomeromu had a 20-17 second period charge getting the lead and Kaposvari was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 83-84. American guard Jonathan Levy (193-82, college: CS San Bernar.) notched 33 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and the other American import point guard Lorenzo Williams (189-84, college: Rice, agency: Stanley International) supported him with 17 points and 4 assists. Even 16 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists by American point guard Christopher Dunn (189-83, college: W.Virginia St., agency: Court Side) did not help to save the game for Kaposvari. American-Kittitian swingman Kyle Swanston (201-86, college: JMU, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) added 18 points. Five Kaposvari players scored in double figures. Szolnok - Jaszberenyi 71-64

The game in Szolnok was also worth to mention about. 4th ranked Jaszberenyi (15-13) played at the court of sixth ranked Szolnok (5-1). Szolnok managed to secure a 7-point victory 71-64. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Jaszberenyi won fourth quarter 16-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Szolnok dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Jaszberenyi's 28. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was a good game for American guard James Florence (185-88, college: Mercer, agency: Pro One Sports) who led his team to a victory with 22 points and 5 assists. International power forward Miklos Szabo (205-86, college: Hofstra, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) contributed with 17 points and 8 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. A Division top team - Albacomp (22-6) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed fifth ranked Kormend (12-16) in Szekesfehervar 91-43. The game without a history. Albacomp led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Kormend to just 6 points in third quarter. Albacomp dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Kormend's 30. They outrebounded Kormend 60-34 including a 18-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was power forward Levente Juhos (209-91, college: Moberly JC) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. Szedeak was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. PVSK Pannon dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Szedeak's 22. It was a good game for the former international forward Norbert Toth (203-86, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds (on 14-of-17 shooting from the field). American guard Brad Loesing (182-89, college: Wofford) contributed with 11 points and 6 assists for the winners. American guard Anthony Jones (191-84, college: Indiana Tech, agency: R.H.Consultancy) replied with 27 points and Serbian power forward Nebojsa Dukic (206-85) added 17 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Szedeak.
