Here is the weekly review of the top performing Hungarian players, who play currently abroad. This week's number one is an international point guard Courtney Vandersloot (173-89). She led Yakin Dogu BGD to a victory over the seventh-ranked Adana ASKI in the Turkish KBSL in Saturday night's game.

#1. This week's number one is an international point guard Courtney Vandersloot (173-89, college: Gonzaga, currently plays in Turkey). She led Yakin Dogu BGD to a victory over the seventh-ranked Adana ASKI (6-7) 89-76 in the Turkish KBSL in Saturday night's game.
Vandersloot was MVP of the game. She recorded 27 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 7 assists in 36 minutes on the court.
Yakin Dogu Universitesi B.G.D. (10-4) is placed third in the KBSL.
It was her team's sixth consecutive victory in a row.
Vandersloot has individually a very good year with high stats. She averages: 21.1ppg, 5.1rpg, 6.6apg, 1.6spg, 2FGP: 58.3%(56-96), 3FGP: 51.1%(23-45) and FT: 96.8%(30-31) in 10 games she played so far.
Vandersloot is a naturalized American.
She is currently a member of the Hungarian senior national team. Vandersloot used to play for HAT-AGRO UNI Gyor in Hungarian league.
#2. Second place goes to an international guard Allie Quigley (178-86, college: De Paul, currently plays in Euroleague). She contributed to Fenerbahce's victory against the closely-ranked Familia Schio (4-5) 77-64 in the Euroleague last Wednesday.
Quigley scored 14 points and added 8 passes.
Fenerbahce Spor Kulubu Istanbul (7-2) is placed second in the Euroleague.
It was her team's fourth consecutive victory in a row.
It's Quigley's first season with the team.
She has relatively good stats this year: 14.8ppg, 2.3rpg, 4.0apg, 2FGP: 48.9%, 3FGP: 23.3% and FT: 92.9%(26-28).
Quigley is a naturalized American.
She is in the roster of the Hungarian senior national team. Quigley used to play for Pecs 2010 in Hungarian league.
#3. The Hungarian player who performed third best last week abroad was an experienced former international power forward Anna Vajda (191-84, agency: Josep and Nicolas, currently plays in EuroCup) is a teammate of previously mentioned Courtney Vandersloot. But that was another game of her team in Eurocup which we would like to mention.
Vajda managed to help Yakin Dogu Universitesi B.G.D. to win against the closely-ranked Gruner Stern Keltern (3-3) 76-62.
She recorded only 3 points and added 3 assists.
It was the game of the round between two top 2 ranked teams in group D. Yakin Dogu Universitesi B.G.D. (6-0) is placed first.
So far her team won all six games in the 1/8 Finals.
Vajda's overall stats this season are: 4.1ppg, 3.4rpg, 2.4apg, 2FGP: 47.1%, 3FGP: 16.0% and FT: 25.0%.
She played for the Hungarian national team two years ago.
#4. Forward Tijana Krivacevic (196-90, currently plays in Turkey). Krivacevic could not help Girne Universitesi (3-10) to beat Hatay (6-7).
She recorded 5 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 21 minutes.
Girne Universitesi was badly defeated 79-61 on the road by the higher-ranked (#10) Hatay.
It was Girne Universitesi's fifth consecutive loss in a row.
This year Krivacevic has relatively solid stats: 11.7ppg, 6.7rpg, 1.3apg and 2.0spg in nine games.
She has a dual citizenship: Serbian and Hungarian.
Krivacevic is also Hungarian national team player.
#5. International forward Dorottya Nagy (188-97, currently plays college basketball in the States) contributed to an easy victory against the East Carolina University (0-1) crushing them 79-48 in the NCAA in Saturday night's game.
Nagy scored only 4 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 14 minutes.
The University of South Florida has 0-5 conference record this season.
This year Nagy's overall stats are: 5.7ppg, 2.9rpg and 1.1apg in 11 games.
She plays currently for the Hungarian national team.
#6. Center Viktoria Vincze (189-87, currently plays in Germany) contributed to an easy victory against the ninth-ranked Osnabruecker (4-9) crushing them 80-50 in the German 2.Bundesliga (second division) last Sunday.
Vincze recorded 6 points.
GiroLive Panthers Osnabruck SC (9-4) is placed fifth in North group.
Vincze's total stats this season are: 7.1ppg and 4.0rpg.
She is a former university international player as she played for the Hungarian team eight years ago.
#7. Former international forward Reka Fejes (186-87, currently plays in Denmark) was not able to help Lemvig in their game against Virum (11-1) in the Danish Dameligaen.
Fejes scored 7 points in 21 minutes.
Lemvig was crushed 75-48 on the opponent's court by the leading Virum.
This year Fejes' total stats are: 5.7ppg and 2.7rpg in 11 games.
She used to play for the Hungarian national team
seven years ago.

#1.Andreea Olah (181-G/F-86, currently plays in Romania) led Satu Mare to a 2-point victory over the closely-ranked Galati (7-8) 88-86 in the Romanian Liga Nationala on Saturday night.
She was the best player in that game. Olah scored 24 points, had 6 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 40 minutes.
CS Municipal Satu Mare (6-9) is placed sixth in the Liga Nationala.
It was her team's first victory after three consecutive loses.
There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
This year Olah's overall stats are: 9.1ppg, 2.2rpg and 1.7apg in 15 games she played so far.
She has a dual citizenship: Hungarian and Romanian.
#2. Experienced Ildiko Nagy (187-F/C-84, currently plays in Romania). She could not help one of league's weakest teams ICIM Arad (5-10) to beat Alexandria (5-9).
Nagy scored 7 points and grabbed 4 rebounds.
ICIM Arad was badly defeated 72-55 on the road by the higher-ranked Alexandria (#7).
There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial.
Nagy's overall stats this season are: 6.1ppg and 4.9rpg.
She is another player who holds two passports: Hungarian and Romanian.

It's Goree's second year at UNI Gyor and it's hard to imagine this team without her. University of Michigan graduate has very impressive stats this year. Goree is in league's top in rebounds (4th best: 8.4rpg) and averages solid 53.7% FGP.
Second best performed player last round was Dora Medgyessy (174-G-86) of Cegledi EKK. She is international guard in her second season at Cegledi EKK. In the last game Medgyessy recorded impressive double-double of 16 points and 15 assists. Of course she led Cegledi EKK to another comfortable win outscoring slightly lower-ranked ZTE NKK (#7, 5-6) 90-63. Cegledi EKK's 5th position in the standings has not changed. Her team lost some distance to top teams. But 8-4 record is not bad and everything may still change. Medgyessy is well-known at Cegledi EKK and she already established her position as one of the team's leaders.
Third place about best performers goes to guard Snezana Colic (178-G-92) of Vasas Akademia (#8). Colic showcased her all-around game by recording 23 points, ten rebounds and five assists in the last round. She was a key player of Vasas Akademia, leading her team to a 66-54 win against slightly lower-ranked MTK (#10, 1-10). The chances of Vasas Akademia not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 8 games, recording just four victories. With bigger assistance of her teammates, Colic could try to bring Vasas Akademia's a little bit higher in the standings. Colic has individually a great season in Hungary. After 11 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 14.5ppg (8th best) and assists with 5.2apg (3rd best).
Other top performing players last week: 4. Maja Skoric (185-SF-89) of Cegledi EKK - 19 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists 5. Yvonne Turner (176-G-87) of UNIQA Eurol. - 24 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists 6. Cassie Rochel (193-C-91) of Vasas Akademia - 14 points, 12 rebounds and 3 assists 7. Egle Siksniute (198-F/C-91) of PEAC-Pecs - 19 points and 3 rebounds 8. Shenise Johnson (181-G-90) of UNIQA Eurol. - 17 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists 9.
