Enel Basket Brindisi (SerieA) agreed terms with 26-year old USA ex-international guard Jerome Dyson (191-82kg-87, college: Connecticut). He played last season at Hapoel Holon in Israeli Winner League. In 27 games he was third best scorer with impressive 20.4ppg and averaged 2.8rpg, 3.7apg and 2.3spg (in top 3). A very spectacular season in his career as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Israeli League 3rd Team. Dyson also played 12 games in EuroChallenge where he had very remarkable stats: 18.8ppg, 3.3rpg, 3.8apg and 1.5spg. Quite impressive season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-EuroChallenge Honorable Mention.
He ended the previous (2011-12) season at the Hornets in NBA. In 9 games he recorded 7.4ppg, 2.1rpg, 2.0apg and 1.2spg that season. But the most of that year Dyson spent at 66ers in D-League. In 44 games he recorded also great stats: 17.8ppg, 3.5rpg, 3.9apg and 1.7spg. Quite impressive season as he was named to D-League All-Star Game and All-Defensive 2nd Team. His team made it to the D-League Semifinals in 2011. Dyson also represented USA at the Panamerican Games in Guadalajara (Mexico) two years ago. His team won Bronze and his stats at that event were 5 games: 11.4ppg, 3.0rpg, 2.0apg, 1.4spg, FGP: 38.5%, 3PT: 38.9%, FT: 55.2%.
Dyson graduated from University of Connecticut in 2010 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player.
