There will be only one (last) round of the Regular Season in LSBL.

LSBL top team - Cesis (22-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed twelfth ranked Tartu U. (0-21) 125-52. The game without a history. Cesis led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Tartu U. to just 6 points in first quarter. Cesis dominated down low during the game scoring 86 of its points in the paint compared to Tartu U.'s 30 and made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Cesis forced 31 Tartu U. turnovers and outrebounded them 53-20 including a 18-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Tartu U.'s players. 24 personal fouls committed by Tartu U. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Anda Eibele (170-84, agency: Josep and Nicolas) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 assists (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). Forward Dita Liepkalne (185-87, college: Hawaii) contributed with 22 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Estonian point guard Janeli Lilleallik (168-94) answered with 20 points for Tartu U.Tartu U.'s coach Kaire Asi gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Undefeated Cesis have an impressive series of twenty two victories in a row. They maintain first place with 22-0 record. Tartu U. at the other side still closes the standings. Cesis will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Tartu U. will play on the road against Rapla KK (#10) and hopes to get finally their first victory.

At the losing side American forward Ashley Wallace (183-85, college: Pace) responded with 23 points and 9 rebounds. The victory was the twentieth second consecutive win for Cesis. They maintain first place with 22-0 record. Tallina U. at the other side keeps the sixth position with 11 games lost.
Bottom-ranked Tartu U. is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 21th consecutive match to ninth ranked Latvijas Universitate (5-16) 66-65 on Saturday evening. Egita Vinakmene nailed a double-double by scoring 23 points and 14 rebounds for the winning side. Janeli Lilleallik came up with 21 points for Tartu U. in the defeat. Latvijas Universitate maintains ninth place with 5-16 record. Tartu U. lost their twentieth first game in a row. They still closes the standings. Latvijas Universitate will meet Kolibri/U-16 (#11) in the next round. Tartu U. will play against Rapla KK and looks forward to get finally their first victory.

In the last game of round 25 Kolibri/U-16 was smashed by Liepajas on the road 66-38.

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Liepajas (14-7) crushed at home 10th ranked Kolibri/U-16 (4-17) 66-38 on Wednesday. The game without a history. Liepajas led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Kolibri/U-16 to just 6 points in third quarter. Liepajas forced 30 Kolibri/U-16 turnovers and had a 20-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Guard Kristina Cirsa (177-87) nailed 28 points for the winning side and American forward Taryn Johnson (180, college: Fairfield) accounted for 10 points and 11 rebounds. Forward Paula Strautmane (184-97) came up with 11 points and 5 rebounds and center Anna Dreimane (194-97) added 8 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Kolibri/U-16 in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Liepajas maintains fifth place with 14-7 record. Newly promoted Kolibri/U-16 dropped to the eleventh position with 17 games lost. Liepajas will meet league's second-placed TTT Riga on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Kolibri/U-16's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Riga Latvijas Universitate.
