Neptunas needed three overtimes to overcome Pieno Zvaigdes in the dramatic second game of the series and make it into the semis. The guests trailed by 7 points at the halftime before their 20-10 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in triple-overtime eventually winning that period 9-9. Neptunas forced 20 Pieno Zvaigzdes turnovers. Pieno Zvaigzdes was plagued by 30 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American-Samoan point guard Rashaun Broadus (180-84, college: BYU) who scored 19 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Center Vytautas Sarakauskas (204-82) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 14 rebounds. Guard Sarunas Vasiliauskas (188-89, agency: Alti Sport) produced 31 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and Gytis Sirutavicius (195-83) added 10 points and 11 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.

Lietuvos Rytas nipped Juventus on the road and advanced into the next round. The guests trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 24-17 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Lietuvos rytas made 30-of-35 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Juventus was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was the former international Renaldas Seibutis (198-85) who scored 24 points and 5 assists (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). The former international power forward Tautvydas Lydeka (208-83) chipped in 20 points. Four Lietuvos rytas players scored in double figures. Lietuvos rytas' coach Dirk Bauermann used entire bench in such tough game. Nevezis - Zalgiris 71-91

Zalgiris swept the series versus Nevezis following a comfortable road win on Thursday. The game without a history. Zalgiris led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Nevezis' 28. The best player for the winners was the former international center Darjus Lavrinovic (212-79) who scored 20 points (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). The former international center Robertas Javtokas (211-80, college: Arizona, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds. Zalgiris' coach Joan Plaza used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Center Gediminas Zyle (210-88) produced 15 points and 5 rebounds and the former international point guard Vytenis Jasikevicius (187-85) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
