Coincidentally all hosts won their games.

The most important game in the last round took place in Bereldange between third ranked Etzella (14-10) and sixth ranked Residence (13-11) on Friday night. Etzella was defeated by Residence on the road 86-98. The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 30-13 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Residence dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Etzella's 40. It was a great shooting night for Residence especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.1 percentage. It was a good game for American forward Marcus Kennedy (193-84, college: Montevallo, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds. International point guard Pitt Koster (182-89) contributed with 25 points and 4 assists for the winners. American power forward Anthony Simpson (203-87, college: Kent St.) replied with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 16 rebounds for Etzella. Residence moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Musel Pikes. Etzella at the other side keeps the third position with ten games lost. They share it with T71. Residence is looking forward to face league's second-placed Amicale in Steinsel in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Etzella will play at home against T71 in Dudelange and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game for Sparta (18-6) which hosted in Bertrange second-best Amicale (15-9). First ranked Sparta had an easy win 96-81. American point guard Kasey Ulin (181-82, college: Dickinson St.) scored 28 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Larrie Smith chipped in 13 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The game between fourth ranked T71 (14-10) and 5th ranked Musel Pikes (13-11) in Dudelange on Friday ended with biggest points difference. T71 outscored guests from Stadrbredimus 78-55. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Etzella. Loser Musel Pikes keeps the fifth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Residence. T71 will meet Etzella (#4) in the next round.
