Wilki Morskie held off SMS PZKosz in the Finals opener. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Wilki Morskie outrebounded SMS PZKosz 49-26 including a 33-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. 27 personal fouls committed by SMS PZKosz helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Guard Piotr Pluta (192-81, agency: Court Side) fired 28 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Forward Radoslaw Bojko (196-91) chipped in 17 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Four Wilki Morskie players scored in double figures. Power forward Mikolaj Witlinski (207-95) produced 12 points and 5 rebounds and Jakub Garbacz (196-94) added 12 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

MCKiS Jaworz. cruised past Legia to open the Finals. The game without a history. MCKiS Jaworz. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. MCKiS Jaworz. outrebounded Legia 34-23 including 22 on the defensive glass. It was a great shooting night for MCKiS Jaworz. especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. Legia was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Slawomir Klocek (191-84) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 8 rebounds. Center Lukasz Bak (207-81, agency: Promotex) contributed with 10 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Forward Michal Swiderski (195-87) answered with 11 points and center Damian Cechniak (208-93) added 8 points in the effort for Legia. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

AZS Katowice outgunned WKK Wroclaw to take the lead in the series. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when AZS AWF K-ce's pressure prevailed and they won that period 25-15 extending their advantage to 15 points. They made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. Point guard Marcin Ecka (184-78) stepped up and scored 23 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners and guard Marceli Dziemba (190-92) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds. Five AZS AWF K-ce players scored in double figures. At the losing side the former international swingman Bartosz Diduszko (198-87) responded with 17 points and 5 rebounds and the former international power forward Miroslaw Lopatka (213-77, agency: Promotex) scored 8 points and 8 rebounds.
