Telekom Basket opened the game with a narrow 25-24 lead in the first period. The German side added 26-24 in the second frame and led 3 points at the halftime. Both teams scored 20 points each in the third quarter that remained the same difference on the board. Krasnie Krilya managed to post a 17-14 rally in the fourth quarter and Vasiliev made two free throws to send the teams to overtime. Krasnie Krilya did not allow the host to score in the extra 5 minutes and grabbed the victory as well as the ticket to Final Four. Chester Simmons (196-G-82, college: Washington) paced all the winners with 24 points and Andre Smith (203-F-85, college: N.Dakota St.) netted 19. Omar Thomas (196-F-82, college: UTEP) delivered 15 and Aaron Miles (186-PG-83, college: Kansas) collected 12 points and 10 assists. Andrej Mangold (190-PG-87) and Robert Vaden (196-G/F-85, college: UAB) finished the game with 17 points in the losing effort. Kyle Weems (198-F-89, college: Missouri St.) notched 12 and David McCray (188-G-86) poured in 11.
