The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season. Coincidentally all hosts won their games.

Bottom-ranked Enisey Krasnoyarsk managed to get the second consecutive victory on Thursday night. This time they outleveled fifth-ranked Krasnie Krilya 96-65. It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 31-point difference proves that Enisey Krasnoyarsk was well-prepared to that game. And what about a second win in a row after ...twelve consecutive loses. Enisey Krasnoyarsk dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Krasnie Krilya's 30 and made 23-of-26 free shots (88.5 percent) during the game, while Krasnie Krilya only scored two points from the stripe. Enisey Krasnoyarsk forced 19 Krasnie Krilya turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. It was a great evening for Bosnian center Elmedin Kikanovic (210-88, agency: Beo Basket) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points and 6 rebounds. Power forward Maxim Krivosheev (207-88) helped adding 17 points and 10 rebounds. Guard Aleksey Almushev (198-90) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds. Krasnie Krilya's coach Sergey Bazarevich gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Enisey Krasnoyarsk maintains tenth place with 2-12 record. Krasnie Krilya lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with eight games lost. Enisey Krasnoyarsk are looking forward to face league's second-placed Khimky in Khimki in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Krasnie Krilya will have a break next round.
Ninth ranked Triumph Lyubertsy (7-9) beat at home higher ranked Unics Kazan (7-9) by 7 points 79-72, which is the biggest margin this round. It was a quality performance for international Sergey Karasev (202-93, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) who led the winners and scored 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Tywain McKee accounted for 23 points. The former international point guard Petr Samoylenko (185-77) came up with 18 points for Unics Kazan in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Triumph Lyubertsy moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Unics. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
