France clinched the second straight win over their Serbian counterparts in Novi Becej. Lysa Millavet (186-F-95) posted 16 points to lead the visitors.
France gained a 13:9 lead after ten minutes of action. The gap grew deeper in the second frame. France accumulated a 28:15 halftime lead. Serbia narrowed the deficit in the third term. The hosts got within 12 points at the final intermission. But France unloaded 25 points in the fourth stanza and escaped with the victory at the end. Marine Johannes (177-G-95) finished with 9 points, while Maryle Limousin (160-PG-96) had 7 points in the win. Branka Lukovic (95) answered with 10 points for Serbia. Ines Corda (164-PG-95) had 9 points in the losing effort.
