Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Serbians who are currently playing abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is former international forward Jovana Rad (187-87, agency: Josep and Nicolas, currently plays in France). Rad was the major contributor in Tarbes' victory against the ninth-ranked Aix-en-Provence (11-13) 83-64 in the French LFB last Saturday. She scored 19 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Tarbes Gespe Bigorre (14-10) is placed fourth in the LFB. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Rad's first season with the team. Rad has relatively good stats this year: 12.6ppg, 4.5rpg, 1.2apg, 1.5spg, 2FGP: 50.7%, 3FGP: 33.0% and FT: 76.3%. She played for the Serbian senior national team two years ago.

   #2. Second place goes to an experienced international power forward Ivanka Matic (193-79, agency: LBM Management, currently plays in Romania). Matic led CSM Targoviste to a victory over the sixth-ranked Alexandria (17-10) crushing them 79-55 in the Romanian Liga Nationala on Tuesday night. She was MVP of the game. Matic had a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 10 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) in 20 minutes. CSM Targoviste (25-2) is placed first in the Liga Nationala. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. This year Matic has relatively solid stats: 10.9ppg, 6.9rpg, 2FGP: 59.4%(82-138) and FT: 72.6% in the 20 games she played so far. She is in the roster of the Serbian senior national team.

   #3. The Serbian player who performed third best last week abroad was former international center Jefimija Karakasevic (191-89, currently plays in Italy), who plays in the Italian A1. Karakasevic could not help C.U.S. Chieti (5-13) in their last game on Thursday. Despite her very good performance C.U.S. Chieti was edged 61-59 on the road by the lower-ranked Orvieto (#8). Karakasevic recorded a double-double by scoring 21 points and getting 10 rebounds. Her team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is quite important. Karakasevic is currently seventh on the league's list of best rebounders. This season she averages: 6.9ppg, 8.4rpg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 39.8%, 3FGP: 37.5% and FT: 70.7%. Karakasevic played for the Serbian national team three years ago.

   #4. Forward Adrijana Knezevic (185-87, currently plays in France), who plays in the French LFB was not able to help Toulouse (10-14) in their last game. Despite her very good performance Toulouse was edged 67-66 in Villeneuve by the higher-ranked (#8) D'Ascq. Knezevic was the top scorer with 16 points. She also added 7 rebounds in 25 minutes. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important. Knezevic has reliable stats this year: 10.4ppg, 4.8rpg and 2.0apg in the 23 games. She used to play for the Serbian national team back in 2011.

Former international forward Ines Ajanovic (195-80, currently plays in Latvia) contributed to an easy victory against the league outsider BC Tartu Ulikooli/Loctite (0-22) crushing them 125-52 in the Latvian LSBL in Sunday night's game. Ajanovic recorded 16 points in 22 minutes. SK Cesis (22-0) is placed first in the LSBL. So far her team won all twenty two games in the Regular Season. The Regular Season already ended. Ajanovic has individually a very good year with high stats. She averages: 21.3ppg, 8.3rpg, 2.3apg and 2.3spg in the three games. Ajanovic used to play for the Serbian national team four years ago.

   #6. Guard Sanja Orozovic (183-90, currently plays in Slovenia) contributed to an easy victory against the fourth-ranked Ilrija (12-11) 79-64 in the Slovenian SKL last Tuesday. She recorded 9 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. ZKK Athlete Celje (21-2) is placed first in Places 1-6 group. There are only three games left until the end of the Second Stage. Orozovic belongs to league's top scorers and is ranked #6. This season she has very high stats. Orozovic averages: 15.2ppg, 7.3rpg, 2.3apg and 2.1spg. She is a former international player as she played for the Serbian senior team two years ago.

Former international guard Jovana Vukoje (174-86, currently plays in Romania) contributed to an easy victory against the 11th-ranked Targu Mures (8-19) crushing them 112-39 in the Romanian Liga Nationala on Wednesday night. Vukoje scored 12 points, made 4 passes and 3 steals in a mere 18 minutes. CSU Alba Iulia (19-8) is placed fifth in the Liga Nationala. It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. This year Vukoje's overall stats are: 8.4ppg, 2.8rpg, 2.9apg and 1.8spg in the 27 games. She used to play for the Serbian national team three years ago.

   #8. Guard Maja Miljkovic (175-88, also represented by LBM Management, currently plays in Romania) is a teammate of previously mentioned Ivanka Matic and both played together in the last Romanian Liga Nationala game. Miljkovic contributed to an easy victory against the sixth-ranked Alexandria (17-10) crushing them 79-55. She scored 6 points and added 4 passes. Miljkovic's total stats this season are: 5.8ppg, 1.9rpg and 2.8apg. She used to play for the Serbian national team back in 2011.

   #9. Former international guard Miljana Bojovic (181-87, currently plays in Euroleague) was not able to secure a victory for Good Angels (2-1) in their game against Bourges (2-1) in the Euroleague. Bojovic cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones. She recorded only 3 points, 5 assists and 3 steals in 34 minutes. The second-placed Good Angels lost 57-65 at home to the second-ranked Bourges in the group A of Euroleague. Bojovic is currently third on the league's list of best passers and also on the list of most steals (third place). This year her total stats are: 6.9ppg, 2.8rpg, 5.5apg and 2.4spg in the 19 games. Bojovic used to play for the Serbian national team four years ago.

   #10. Center Zorica Mitov (189-87, currently plays in Romania) contributed to Craiova's victory against the 13th-ranked Cluj Napoca (4-23) 64-52 in the Romanian Liga Nationala last Sunday. She recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 12 rebounds. Mitov also added 3 assists. SCM CSS Craiova (20-9) is placed fourth in the Liga Nationala. The Regular Season already ended. Mitov averaged so far 12.4ppg, 8.3rpg, 1.3apg and 1.4spg. She is a former international player as five years ago she still played for the Serbian senior national team.

   #11. Former international guard Biljana Pesovic (180-83, currently plays in Romania) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Oradea crushing them 85-54 in the Romanian Liga Nationala in Wednesday night's game. Pesovic scored 9 points and had 5 steals (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). Pesovic is currently seventh on the league's list of top scorers. This season she has very high stats. Pesovic averages: 15.9ppg, 4.6rpg, 2.7apg and 2.5spg. She used to play for the Serbian national team two years ago.

   #12. Former international forward Sonja Petrovic (189-89, currently plays in Russia) managed to help Spartak Vidnoe Moscow Region in a victory against the closely-ranked Dynamo Kursk 87-82 in the Russian PBL last Thursday. Petrovic recorded only 2 points in 16 minutes. She has averaged so far 6.4ppg, 3.7rpg, 2.1apg and 1.5spg in the 14 games. Petrovic used to play for the Serbian national team back in 2011.

   #13. U20 international guard Nikolina Nikolic (178-91, currently plays in Bulgaria), who plays in the Bulgarian NBL couldn't help Haskovo 2012 (10-14) in their last game on Saturday. Despite her very good performance Haskovo 2012 was crushed 83-58 in Burgas by the leading Neftochimic. Nikolic was the top scorer with 16 points (made all of her eight free throws). She has averaged so far 8.9ppg, 3.1rpg and 1.3apg. Nikolic is also Serbian U20 national team player.

   #14. International guard Milica Ivanovic (175-88, agency: Interperformances, college: Catawba, currently plays in Romania) couldn't help one of league's weakest teams Sf.Gheorghe in their game against Satu Mare in the Romanian Liga Nationala. She scored 9 points. Her team was defeated 74-68. Ivanovic is currently ninth on the league's list of top scorers. This season she has very high stats. Ivanovic averages: 15.3ppg, 3.1rpg, 2.0apg and 1.5spg. She plays currently for the Serbian national team.

   #15. U20 international forward Maja Vucurovic (188-91, currently plays in Belgium) couldn't help one of league's weakest teams one of league's weakest teams Declercq Stortbeton in their game against BBC Kangoeroes-Boom in the Belgian Division I. She recorded 6 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Her team was defeated 81-66. Vucurovic belongs to league's best rebounders and is ranked #7. She has very reliable stats this season: 11.1ppg, 7.3rpg and 1.1apg. Vucurovic is also in the roster of the Serbian U20 national team.


The list of other players, who all have Serbian passport but never been selected to any of Serbian national teams:

   #1. Ivana Matovic (197-C-83, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Turkey could not help Fenerbahce (3-0) in their last game. Despite her very good performance the first-placed Fenerbahce was crushed 82-56 on the road by the leading UMMC Ekaterinburg in the group B of Euroleague. Matovic was the top scorer with 22 points. She also added 4 rebounds in 37 minutes. Matovic has individually a very good year with high stats. She averages: 15.4ppg, 5.8rpg and 2.8apg in the 19 games she played so far.

   #2. Tijana Krivacevic (194-F-90, currently plays in Euroleague) was not able to help Good Angels (2-1) in their game against Bourges (2-1) in the Euroleague. Krivacevic recorded 8 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. The second-placed Good Angels was defeated 65-57 at home by the second-ranked Bourges in the group A of Euroleague. Krivacevic's overall stats this season are: 9.4ppg, 4.4rpg, 1.3apg and 1.2spg. She has a dual citizenship: Serbian and Hungarian.

   #3. Milica Micovic (182-G-84, agency: Players Group, currently plays in Italy) led Ragusa to a victory against the third-ranked S. La Spezia (18-6) 73-61 in the Italian A2 (12th division) in Sunday night's game. Micovic scored 13 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group South. Passalacqua Spedizioni Ragusa (23-1) is placed first. It was her team's ninth consecutive victory in a row. The Regular Season already ended. Micovic's stats this season are: 11.3ppg, 4.9rpg and 1.5spg. She is another player who holds two passports: Serbian and Italian.

   #4. Bojana Vulic (191-PF-84, currently plays in Turkey), who plays in the Turkish TKBL was not able to secure a victory for Canik Bld (9-17) in their last game. Despite Vulic's good performance Canik Bld was badly defeated 94-74 on their home court in Samsun by the higher-ranked (#7) Antakya. She scored 13 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 28 minutes. It was Canik Bld's third consecutive loss in a row. The Regular Season already ended. This year Vulic's total stats are: 7.0ppg, 4.2rpg and 1.2spg in the 10 games.

   #5. Marija Micovic (187-F-82, also represented by Players Group, currently plays in Italy), who plays in the Italian A2 (12th division) couldn't help Irpino (10-14) in their last game. Despite Micovic's good performance Irpino (#9) was edged 61-59 on their home court in Ariano Irpino by the higher-ranked (#5) Min.Battipaglia in the South group. She was the second best scorer with 14 points. Micovic also added 9 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 36 minutes. It was Irpino's first loss after three consecutive victories. Her team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. Micovic's stats this year are: 13.2ppg, 7.7rpg, 1.1apg and 1.2spg in the 24 games. She has both Serbian and Italian nationalities.

   #6. Sonja Maric (185-F-85, currently plays in Romania) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Oradea crushing them 85-54 in the Romanian Liga Nationala in Wednesday night's game. She scored 8 points, had 7 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 16 minutes. Maric has averaged so far 9.5ppg and 3.9rpg in the 13 games.

   #7. Lidija Turcinovic (184-SG-94, currently plays in France) managed to help Lattes Montpellier Agglomeration Basket in a victory against the 12th-ranked Mondeville 71-62 in the French LFB on Saturday night. Turcinovic scored only 2 points in 5 minutes on the court. She has averaged so far 2.1ppg and 1.3rpg in the 16 games. Turcinovic also holds two passports: Serbian and French.

   #8. Jovana Milovanovic (171-G-83, agency: Global Sports Plaza, currently plays in Czech Republic) was the major contributor in a 3-point Lokomotiva Karlovy Vary's victory against the fourth-ranked BK Pliska Studanka 58-55 in the Czech Republic ZBL last Wednesday. She scored 9 points, made 3 passes and 3 steals in 36 minutes. Milovanovic is ranked third on the list of the best passers in the league with 3.2apg. This year she also averages: 8.3ppg, 2.7rpg and 1.4spg in the 21 games.

   #9. Marija Prlja (163-G-87, currently plays in Romania) contributed to Craiova's victory against the 13th-ranked Cluj Napoca 64-52 in the Romanian Liga Nationala on Sunday night. Prlja scored 8 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 34 minutes. Prlja is ranked fifth on the list of the best passers in the league with 4.2apg. This year her other stats are: 11.1ppg, 3.2rpg and 1.7spg in the 26 games.

   #10. Ana Vuksic (188-C-81, currently plays in Romania) is a teammate of previously mentioned Sonja Maric and both played together in the last Romanian Liga Nationala game. Vuksic contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Oradea crushing them 85-54. She scored only 4 points in 21 minutes. Vuksic has averaged so far 2.9ppg and 2.5rpg in the 13 games.

ZKK Borinked 23-year old FYR Macedonian international swingman Nena Trajchevska (182-94, agency: BeoBasket). She has played for the last six years at Badel in FYR Macedonian Prva Liga. In two WABA games she recorded 12.0ppg, 5.5rpg, 2.0apg and 1.5spg last season. Trajchevska won FYR Macedonian League championship title for four years in a row (between 2014 and 2017). ZKK Kraljevo (1 ZLS) added to their roster 24-year old American forward Bra'Shey Ali (185-93, college: Thomas, agency: PEPI SPORT). She played most recently at TSV Krofdorf/Gleiberg Giessen in German 2.Bundesliga but missed most part of the season due to a shoulder injury. Artego Bydgoszcz (BLK) strengthened their roster with addition of 22-year old Serbian international center Dragana Stankovic (195-95). She has a double citizenship as she also holds Bosnia and Herzegovina passport. Stankovic played most recently at Hatay Bsb in Turkish KBSL. She managed to play in three leagues last year (!!!).
