Slovak Republic U20 - Serbia U20 68:56

Slovak Republic victoriously finished their U20 European Championship campaign. They defeated Serbia to claim the 7th position. Angelika Slamova (173-G-94) nailed 16 points to lead the winners.
Slovak Republic stunned Serbia in the first ten minutes. They went on a 23:9 run. Serbia could not recover in the second frame. Slovak Republic gained a 15-point lead at halftime 38:23. Serbia finally adjusted their game in the third term. They stepped on the gas and narrowed the gap at 8-point mark before the final stanza. But Slovak Republic timely stiffened their defence and held their opponents to 11 points in the final period sealing the victory. Sabina Oroszova (188-F-93) netted 15 points, while Beata Janoscikova (195-C-93) had 14 points in the win. Zorana Marinkovic (168-G-93) provided 21 points for Serbia. Jovana Djordjevic (187-F-93) chipped in 10 points in the loss.
