The Regular Season in ACB just ended.

The most important game in the last round took place in Tenerife between second ranked Caja Laboral (25-9) and tenth ranked CB Canarias (17-17) on Sunday night. Caja Laboral was defeated by CB Canarias in a tough game on the road 94-99. Caja Laboral trailed by 12 points after 3 quarters before a 24-17 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 94-99 at the end of the game. CB Canarias made 31-of-38 free shots (81.6 percent) during the game. 30 personal fouls committed by Caja Laboral helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American forward Levi Rost (201-83, college: W.Michigan) scored 19 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Montenegrin center Blagota Sekulic (209-82, agency: FCM) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Polish-Swedish power forward Maciej Lampe (211-85) responded with 25 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Newly promoted CB Canarias maintains tenth position with 17-17 record. Caja Laboral at the other side keeps the second place with nine games lost.
ACB top team - Real Madrid (30-4) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventeenth ranked Lagun Aro GBC (8-26) 100-67. International Sergio Llull (192-87) notched 17 points to lead the effort and Jaycee Carroll supported him with 16 points. Real Madrid's coach Pablo Laso felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 12 points and 11 rebounds by center David Doblas (206-81) did not help to save the game for Lagun Aro GBC. Real Madrid have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 30-4 record. Lagun Aro GBC lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the seventeenth place with 26 games lost.
ACB top team - Real Madrid (30-4) had no problems winning another game on Thursday. This time they crushed eleventh ranked FIATC Joventut (16-18) in Badalona 85-64. Jaycee Carroll fired 16 points for the winners. Corey Fisher produced 16 points for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Real Madrid have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 30-4 record. Loser FIATC Joventut keeps the eleventh place with 18 games lost.
Seventeenth-ranked Lagun Aro GBC (8-26) gave a tough game to third ranked Regal FC Barcelona (23-11) in San Sebastian. The visitors from Barcelona managed to secure only one-point victory 90-89. However their fans expected much easier game. Worth to mention a great performance of Brad Oleson who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 4 assists. Regal FC Barcelona's coach Xavier Pascual let to play all 12 players in such tough game. Regal FC Barcelona have a solid three-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains third position with 23-11 record having seven points less than leader Real Madrid. Lagun Aro GBC lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the seventeenth place with 26 games lost.
An interesting game took place in Santoago de Comp where 6th ranked Gescrap BB (19-15) was upset on the court of ninth ranked Blusens Monbus (18-16) 79-73 on Sunday. Salah Mejri had a double-double by scoring 12 points and 14 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners. Blusens Monbus moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Unicaja. Loser Gescrap BB keeps the sixth position with 15 games lost.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 34: UCAM Murcia was destroyed by CAI Zaragoza on the opponent's court 108-74. Asefa Estudian. was outscored by FIATC Joventut in a home game 75-112. Mad-Croc managed to beat Cajasol on the road 76-68. Valencia crushed Assignia M. on its own court 90-59. Blancos de R. was beaten by G.Canaria 2014 in Las Palmas 78-62. FCB Regal won against Unicaja at home 57-50.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 25 points and 6 assists by Raul Neto of Lagun Aro GBC.
