Caceres Basket (11-14) survived in overtime against Leche Rio Breogan (13-12) by six points 71-65 on Friday night. Olu Ashaolu fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Caceres Basket moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Lobe Huesca and Forca Lleida. Leche Rio Breogan at the other side keeps the fifth position with 12 games lost. Caceres Basket will face higher ranked Meridiano Alicante (#3) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Leche Rio Breogan will play against CB Clavijo in Logrono.

In the last two games of round 25 Ourense was defeated by Coruna in a road game 71-57. Planasa NV beat Melilla at home 75-67. Lucentum won against Palencia on the opponent's court 78-72. Clavijo unfortunately lost to Lobe Huesca in a home game 65-79. A.Ford Burgos rolled over FCB Regal II on the road 90-65. Andorra crushed Forca Lleida on its own court 86-66.
The best stats of 25th round was 15 points and 9 assists by Daniel Lopez of A.Ford Burgos.

There was no surprise in Coruna where 13th ranked Ourense (8-17) was defeated by eleventh ranked Leyma Basquet (10-15) 71-57 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Leyma Basquet. Ourense was better in second period 17-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Ourense to just 7 points in first quarter. Center Eduardo Hernandez-Sonseca (212-83) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Ivorian-American forward Jonathan Kale (203-85, college: Providence) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Four Leyma Basquet players scored in double figures. Ourense lost fourth consecutive game. Ourense at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the thirteenth position with 17 games lost. Leyma Basquet will face higher ranked Lleida Basquet (#6) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Ourense will play against Planasa NV (#11) in Pamplona and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

They outrebounded Leche Rio Breogan 56-42 including 18 on the offensive glass.
