Norrkoping - Boras 79-72 (2-1)

The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 10-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 79-72. Norrkoping Dolphins outrebounded Boras Basket 43-28 including 17 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a quality performance of the former international center Joakim Kjellbom (213-79, college: N.Arizona) who helped to win the game recording 30 points, 7 rebounds and 4 blocks. The former international Christian Maraker (206-82, college: Pacific) helped adding 14 points and 5 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Christopher McKnight (201-87, college: Akron) with 26 points and 7 rebounds and the former international center Michael Palm (209-79, college: W.Washington, agency: R.H.Consultancy) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds.

Sodertalje Kings were ahead by 5 points at the halftime before a 39-27 second half run of Solna Vikings. Strangely Sodertalje Kings outrebounded Solna Vikings 34-21 including 25 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for American guard Kelvin Lewis (195-88, college: Houston, agency: Pro One Sports) who led his team to a victory with 19 points. The former international point guard Mats Levin (189-77) contributed with 6 points and 6 assists for the winners. Bosnian forward Toni Bizaca (202-82) answered with 24 points and 6 rebounds and naturalized Bosnian guard Adnan Chuk (190-81, agency: Court Side) added 8 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Sodertalje Kings. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

LF Basket trailed by 14 points after 3 quarters before a 27-17 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 72-76 at the end of the game. They outrebounded LF Basket 41-27 including a 18-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for American point guard Thomas Jackson (175-80, college: Butler) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international power forward Oluoma Nnamaka (201-78, college: Marquette) helped adding 18 points and 5 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American guard Henry Dugat (183-87, college: Baylor) with 27 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and international point guard Andreas Person (190-91) scored 15 points. LF Basket's coach Charles Barton tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.

Daniels has only college experience so far playing last time for N.Florida (NCAA). He has played there for the last four years. In 29 games he averaged impressive 20.8ppg, 7.6rpg and 3.0apg last season. KFUM Nassjo Basket (Basketligan) agreed terms with 18-year old naturalized American guard David Czerapowicz (189-99). He has played for the last two seasons at RIG Mark in the Basketettan.
