The guests trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 40-23 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Norrkoping Dolphins dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Boras Basket's 26. They outrebounded Boras Basket 44-30 including 17 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Joakim Kjellbom (213-79, college: N.Arizona) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds and the former international Christian Maraker (206-82, college: Pacific) who added 22 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American point guard James Miller (180-79, college: N.Carolina A&T, agency: Higher Vision Sports) responded with 21 points and 7 assists and the former international center Michael Palm (209-79, college: W.Washington, agency: R.H.Consultancy) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds. Four Boras Basket players scored in double figures.

American point guard John Roberson (180-88, college: Texas Tech) produced 15 points and 5 assists and his fellow American import center Kenneth Simms (203-86, college: Cumberland) added 7 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. The game was mostly controlled by Uppsala Basket. LF Basket was better in second period 27-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded LF Basket 38-26 including 25 on the defensive glass. Uppsala Basket shot the lights out from three nailing 15 long-distance shots on high 55.6 percentage. The winners were led by American point guard Thomas Jackson (175-80, college: Butler) who scored that evening 20 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) and Rickard Eriksson (190-82) supported him with 18 points. Five Uppsala Basket players scored in double figures. Even 23 points and 6 assists by American guard Henry Dugat (183-87, college: Baylor) did not help to save the game for LF Basket. KFUM Nassjo Basket (Basketligan) agreed terms with 18-year old naturalized American guard David Czerapowicz (189-99). He has played for the last two seasons at RIG Mark in the Basketettan.
