We bring you last week's top performances from Swedish players who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

Jonas Jerebko
Jonas Jerebko
#1. This week's number one is an international power forward Jonas Jerebko (206-87, currently plays in NBA), who plays in the NBA. He could not help the Detroit Pistons (24-47) to beat the Miami Heat (54-14). Jerebko scored 9 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. But the Detroit Pistons were defeated 103-89 on the road by the Heat. It was Pistons' tenth consecutive loss in a row. It's Jerebko's fourth season with the team. This year he averages: 6.5ppg, 3.6rpg, 2FGP: 43.9%, 3FGP: 30.5% and FT: 73.3%. Jerebko is a naturalized American. He is currently a member of the Swedish senior national team. Strangely Jerebko has never played in Sweden.

Thomas Massamba
Thomas Massamba
#2. Second place goes to an international point guard Thomas Massamba (185-85, currently plays in Bulgaria). He contributed to a Lukoil Academik's victory against the closely-ranked Levski Sofia (18-4) 98-94 in a derby game in the Bulgarian NBL on Wednesday night. Massamba scored 8 points, had 6 rebounds and dished 5 assists in 28 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Lukoil Academik Sofia (20-2) is placed first in the NBL. It was his team's tenth consecutive victory in a row. This year Massamba's overall stats are: 6.4ppg, 3.2rpg, 4.2apg, 1.1spg, 2FGP: 52.1%, 3FGP: 34.0% and FT: 79.6% in the 22 games he played so far. He is in the roster of the Swedish senior national team.

Viktor Gaddefors
Viktor Gaddefors
#3. The Swedish player who performed third best last week abroad was an international small forward Viktor Gaddefors (203-92, currently plays in Italy). Gaddefors helped Oknoplast BO win their game against the seventh-ranked Trenkwalder RE (13-10) 82-74 in the Italian SerieA in Sunday night's game. He scored 10 points and added 4 assists. Oknoplast Bologna (8-14) is placed 13th in the SerieA. They ended the series of three consecutive loses.    #5. International point guard Jonathan Person (192-93, currently plays in Germany), who plays in the German ProA (second division) was not able to help Oettinger Rockets Gotha (10-18) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his very good performance Oettinger Rockets Gotha was defeated 106-95 in Vechta by the leading SC Rasta. Person was the second best scorer with 22 points. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Person's total stats this season are: 7.3ppg, 1.6rpg and 1.3apg. He plays currently for the Swedish national team.

Jeffery Taylor
Jeffery Taylor
#6. Forward Jeffery Taylor (200-89, college: Vanderbilt, currently plays in NBA) was not able to secure a victory for the Charlotte Bobcats (16-53) in their game against the Detroit Pistons (24-47) in the NBA. Taylor cannot count it as his best performance. He recorded only 3 points in 18 minutes. The Charlotte Bobcats were edged 92-91 in Detroit by the Pistons. This year Taylor's total stats are: 6.1ppg and 1.9rpg in the 67 games. He is a naturalized American. Taylor is a former U20 international player as he played for the Swedish team five years ago. Apparently he has never played in Sweden.

International power forward Jonathan Skjoldebrand (204-83, currently plays in Israel) couldn't help Hapoel Tel-Aviv (9-12) in their game against GreenTops Netanya (11-10) in the Israeli Winner League. He scored 9 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 21 minutes. But Hapoel Tel-Aviv lost 62-70 in Netanya to the higher-ranked (#4) GreenTops. Skjoldebrand's team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial. Skjoldebrand has averaged so far 7.9ppg, 4.6rpg and 1.1apg in the 21 games. Ludvig Hakanson
Ludvig Hakanson
#10. Hakanson recorded only 2 points in 13 minutes. Regal FC Barcelona II (10-13) is placed ninth in the LEB Gold. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important. It's Hakanson's first season with the team. This year he averages just 2.6ppg in the nine games. Hakanson is U18 international player who is currently on the Swedish National Team roster.

The list of other players, who all have Swedish passport but never been selected to any of Swedish national teams:

He also added 6 rebounds in 30 minutes. There are only two games left until the end of the Euroleague Top 16. So now every game will be critical. Lampe is currently ninth on the list of top scorers and also on the list of best rebounders (fifth place). He has very reliable stats this year: 13.5ppg and 6.0rpg in the 22 games he played so far.
