Lugano Tigers - Fribourg 96-67

Lugano Tigers earned the second win over Fribourg and stepped closer to the Final. The game without a history. Lugano Tigers led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a great shooting night for Lugano Tigers especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.9 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Richie Gordon (203-89, college: W.Carolina) who had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 rebounds. Serbian guard Branko Milisavljevic (193-76, agency: Beo Basket) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 assists. Five Lugano Tigers players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Arizona Reid (196-86, college: High Point) who recorded 20 points and 6 rebounds and the other American import power forward Darrius Garrett (205-90, college: Richmond) added 13 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively. Fribourg's coach Damien Leyrolles gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.

Geneve Lions handed the third straight defeat to Neuchatel and swept the semifinal series. The game without a history. Geneve Lions led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a good game for American point guard Kelvin Parker (184-82, college: NW Missouri St.) who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 6 assists. His fellow American import power forward Juwann James (198-87, college: JMU, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) contributed with 15 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) for the winners. Four Geneve Lions players scored in double figures. Geneve Lions' coach Ivan Rudez allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Naturalized Senegalese forward Jules Aw (200-86) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and American power forward Thomas Coleman (205-88, college: N.Carolina A&T) added 10 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Neuchatel.

Vevey win LNB in fifth-game series against BBC Nyon. They won last game with the dominating entire game and final result was 82:55 for Paolo Povia players. They won also Regular Season as they finished 1st with only 3 loses and 18 wins. They will return to LNA after almost ten years of playing in LNB.
