Switzerland U20-Hungary U20 61:74

Hungary took the last train to the semis at the U20 European Championship in Division B. The Hungarian side overcame Switzerland to complete the Semifinal picture.
Hungary managed to take 20:15 lead after the first 10 minutes and looked better in the first half. They added 22-18 rally for 9-point advantage at the halftime. Switzerland posted 14 points in the third and the last stanzas and it was not enough to catch up with the opponents. Hungary replied with 19 points in the third period and did not mind 13 points in the last quarter.
Rosco Allen (216-PF-93) top-scored for the winners with 22 points and 16 rebounds, while Luka Markovic (197-F/G-93) nailed 17. Laszlo Polyak (191-PG-93, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) poured in 9, whilst Adam Kovacs (200-G/F-93, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) collected 8 points and 10 rebounds. Christian Affolter (198-SF-93) answered with 15 points in defeat, while Marko Mladjan (205-F-93) had 13 points and 13 rebounds. Branislav Kostic (180-PG-94) posted 12 and Arben Hoxha (182-PG-94) notched 9.

Lugano Tigers (LNA) signed 23-year old American forward Dylan Haines (213-104kg-94). He just graduated from Boston University (NCAA). Haines has played there for the last four years.
