The games at this stage are more interesting as they can be crucial for the final standings in Regular Season. Despite we already know who is stronger and who is weaker, there may be still last minute susprises and upsets.

The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Usak (21-8) in Istanbul on Wednesday night. Visitors were edged by eighth ranked Darussafaka (18-11) 61-58. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Usak. 24 personal fouls committed by Usak helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American center LaRon Dendy (205-88, college: Middle Tenn.St., agency: David Lee services) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Marcus Hall (185-85, college: Colorado) contributed with 12 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. American forward Justin Carter (193-87, college: Creighton, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) answered with 21 points and 8 rebounds for Usak. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Darussafaka moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Akhisar Bld. Usak at the other side still keeps top position with eight games lost. Darussafaka's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Istanbul to the arena Istanbulspor.
Very important is a road loss of second ranked Yesilgiresun (20-9) against tenth ranked Bandirma Kir. (15-14) on Wednesday night.
