The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 28-16. But Banvit BK won third quarter 26-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Banvit BK at the other side keeps the third place with five games lost. Galatasaray are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Hacettepe (#16) in Ankara in the next round which should be an easy win for them.
