The games at this stage are more interesting as they can be crucial for the final standings in Regular Season. Despite we already know who is stronger and who is weaker, there may be still last minute susprises and upsets.

Third-ranked Khartsyzsk (25-8) was very close to win a game against first ranked Musson (30-3) in Symferopil on Saturday. Musson managed to secure only two-point victory 64-62. However their fans expected easier game. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Khartsyzsk. Musson made 26-of-33 free shots (78.8 percent) during the game. 29 personal fouls committed by Khartsyzsk helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of center Nikola Eromin (207-85) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 6 rebounds (made all of his thirteen free throws !!!). Guard Oleksei Zhuk (187-85) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Forward Evgen Korovyakov (197-88) replied with 13 points and 6 rebounds for Khartsyzsk. Khartsyzsk's coach Vladimir Bryaukhavetshy tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Musson have an impressive 11-game winning streak. Newly promoted Musson maintains first position with 30-3 record. Khartsyzsk at the other side keeps the third place with eight games lost. Musson are again looking forward to face Khartsyzsk (#3) in Donetsk in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Khartsyzsk will have a break next round.
Important game to mention about took place in Odessa. Sixth ranked Tornado (16-17) saved a 1-point victory at home edging one of their biggest challengers VolinBasket (18-15) 71-70 on Saturday evening. Forward Oleksandr Gudkov (204-90) scored 13 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Sergey Lapenko chipped in 17 points and 4 assists during the contest. Tornado's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. At the losing side power forward Vadim Reka (206-83) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Tornado moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Pulsar. VolinBasket at the other side keeps the fourth position with 15 games lost. Tornado will again play against higher ranked VolinBasket (#4) in Lutsk in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. VolinBasket will have a break next round.
The game in Kirovograd supposed to be also quite interesting. 5th ranked BC-93 Pulsar (16-17) played at the court of seventh ranked Kirovograd (13-20). Kirovograd smashed BC-93 Pulsar 96-72 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of BC-93 Pulsar. Anton Rozhkov notched 30 points and 5 rebounds to lead the effort. Even a double-double of 22 points and 10 rebounds by Oleg Demchuk did not help to save the game for BC-93 Pulsar. Kirovograd maintains seventh position with 13-20 record, which they share with Koksokh-Stal. Loser BC-93 Pulsar keeps the fifth place with 17 games lost. They share the position with Tornado. Kirovograd will again meet at home higher ranked BC-93 Pulsar (#5) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. BC-93 Pulsar will have a break next round.
The game between 10th ranked Ternopil-TNEU (1-30) and eighth ranked Koksokh-Stal (13-20) in Ternopil ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Alchevsk outscored Ternopil-TNEU 89-65. Pavlo Haylo fired 24 points for the winners. Koksokh-Stal moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Kirovograd. Ternopil-TNEU at the other side stay dead last with 30 lost games. Koksokh-Stal will have a break next round. Ternopil-TNEU will play again at home against Koksokh-Stal (#8) in Alchevsk and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last game of round 34 Avantazh-Pol. beat BK Kremen on the road 81-67.


Ternopil - Koksokh-Stal 65-89

The game between 10th ranked Ternopil-TNEU (1-30) and eighth ranked Koksokh-Stal (13-20) in Ternopil ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Alchevsk outscored Ternopil-TNEU 89-65. Koksokh-Stal dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Ternopil-TNEU's 34. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Point guard Pavlo Haylo (182-87) fired 24 points for the winners. Power forward Jan Selivanov (200-79) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Koksokh-Stal players scored in double figures. Center Sergyi Teleshko (209-92) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points and 13 rebounds and center Nikita Lange (202-92) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Koksokh-Stal moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Kirovograd. Ternopil-TNEU at the other side stay dead last with 30 lost games. Koksokh-Stal will have a break next round. Ternopil-TNEU will play again at home against Koksokh-Stal (#8) in Alchevsk and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

No shocking result in a game when second ranked Avantazh-Politekhnik (29-4) beat 9th ranked BK Kremen (2-29) in Kremenchuk 81-67. The former international guard Timur Arabadzhi (192-81) fired 24 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Forward Anton Rochnyak (206-91) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds. Center Gleb Glebov (208-82) produced 12 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Bogdan Sosoi (186-92) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Avantazh-Politekhnik have an impressive 17-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 29-4 record behind leader Musson. BK Kremen lost twelfth consecutive game.
