United Kingdom became the first Semifinalist at the U20 European Championship in Division B. The team overcame Holland 95:57 with another masterpiece from Devon Van Oostrum (190-G-93).
United Kingdom was the favorite of the game and started with 25:17 lead. They added 23-12 in the second frame and continued their dominance in the rest of the game. United Kingdom erupted with a 24-14 surge in the third period and finished the game with 23-14 rally. Lockwood scored for 95:57 that became the final result of the game.
Devon Van Oostrum top-scored for the winners with 34 points. John Stewart (198-F-93) netted 15 and Nick Lewis (190-G-93) had 9. Maarten Bouwknecht (185-PG-94) replied with 17 points in defeat and Yannick Van Der Ark (193-G/F-93) brought 12. Olaf Schaftenaar (206-C-93) and Arjans Vos Hidde followed them with 5 points each.

Townsville Heat (QBL) added to their roster 27-year old British forward Jamell Anderson (200-90). He just played at Cheshire Phoenix in British BBL league. In 33 games he recorded 10.7ppg, 5.0rpg, 2.5apg and 1.9spg this season. The last season Anderson played at Leicester Riders (also in BBL) where in 34 games he averaged 6.6ppg, 3.2rpg and 1.5apg.
