#1. Experienced Andrew Webber (5'11''-G-85, graduated '08, plays pro in Australia) contributed to an easy victory against the fifth-ranked West Adelaide Bearcats (2-2) crushing them 91-67 in the Australian State League (second division) in Saturday night's game. He recorded 10 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 steals (made all of his five free throws) in 31 minutes. Norwood Flames (5-0) are placed first in Premier League. So far his team won all five games in the Regular Season. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Webber's tenth year with the team. This season Webber averages 9.2ppg, 4.0rpg, 6.0apg and 1.8spg in five games he played so far.
#2. Brian Moultrie (6'6''-C/F-87, graduated '09, plays in Finland) was the major contributor in a 2-point Oulun NMKY's victory against the third-ranked Kristika Turku (15-7) 87-85 in the Finnish 1st Division (second division) last Saturday. He scored 24 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and made 2 blocks. Oulun NMKY (13-9) is placed sixth in Division A. It's Moultrie's first season with the team. Moultrie has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 22.3ppg, 12.2rpg, 2.9apg, 1.6bpg and 1.2spg.
#3. Darius Morales (6'10''-C/F-90, graduated '14, currently in Puerto Rico) managed to help Vaqueros de Bayamon in a victory against the closely-ranked Cariduros (4-3) 93-88 in the Puerto Rican BSN on Sunday night. Morales scored only one point in 1 minutes on the court. Vaqueros de Bayamon (2-4) is placed sixth in the BSN. But the season just started, so everything may happen. This year Morales averages 1.4ppg in five games. He is a naturalized Puerto Rican. Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.
#4. Brian Bain (6'3''-G-81, graduated '04, plays pro in Bahamas) led P.J. Stingers to a victory against the closely-ranked Rockets (11-5) 79-74 in a derby game in the Bahamas NPBA in Saturday night's game. He scored 15 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. P.J. Stingers (13-3) is placed second in the NPBA. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This season Bain averages 8.3ppg, 2.8rpg and 3.6apg.
