Courtesy of Eurobasket LLC Here is the weekly review of the top performing Panthers alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Jadyn Shider, a 6'8'' forward who graduated from Clark Atlanta in 2026 and earned the prestigious All-SIAC Newcomer of the Year award that same year, is currently playing professional basketball in Colombia. Although he put forth a very strong individual effort, he was unable to lead the Caimanes (currently holding a 6-6 record) to victory in their most recent game. The third-placed Caimanes suffered a 77-91 defeat on the road against the second-ranked Paisas in the highly competitive Conferencia A. Shider was the second-best scorer on his team, contributing an impressive 22 points. In addition to his scoring, he grabbed 9 rebounds over 29 minutes of play, showcasing his well-rounded game. This performance is particularly notable considering it is only Shider's first season playing professional basketball, and his first year with the Caimanes. Throughout the game against Paisas, Shider also dished out 2 assists, further highlighting his ability to impact multiple facets of the game. Despite his significant efforts and valuable contributions on the court, the team ultimately fell short and was unable to secure the win. Looking at his overall season performance, Shider has posted solid statistics in the nine games he has played so far, averaging 12.2 points per game, 8.2 rebounds per game, 1.8 assists per game, and 1.6 steals per game. These numbers reflect his growing impact as an important player for the Caimanes as he continues to develop in his professional career.
